Vacation home rentals in Chassezac

We stayed 9 days at the bastide and we had a wonderful time. Aicha and Samir were very responsive whenever we had a question and the accommodation is one where you can make yourself at home. It feels lived in, it has a soul. The views are quite exceptional and the walks/hikes around / starting from the hamlet are beautiful. There is something very special about this house.

We had an excellent vacation at this cottage. Many walks are on foot and the area is beautiful. The equipment of the cottage corresponds to the description, simple and functional. The garden is particularly pleasant.

We loved staying at Hezia's place. The pool was lovely and the surroundings beautiful. It was a little difficult to find, as we expected to find the accomodation in Sauzet, but its actual location is in La Loupie, under the hill where the 'Old village' is - which was fascinating in itself. It is isolated, and although there is a 'Bio store' 500m away, there aren't facilities for communal cooking or food preparation offered at Hezia's. Nevertheless, Hezia was very helpful in finding great restaurants in surrounding villages. It is best to book these ahead of the evening you want to go and you would need a car to drive there.

Very pleasant and charming cottage in a quiet and atypical environment. We only stayed one night but I'm sure an extended stay would promote disconnection. Elvire is a welcoming and discreet host.

Promises kept a great view, very nice swimming pool and large size (rare) , very quiet place, discreet owner, helpful , smiling. Don't hesitate to go there, it's a good base for walks in Ardèche.

Our stay was just perfect! Listing is as described. Clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, it quickly feels like home. The location is ideal, with easy access to hikes, while being in a peaceful location. Digaro is a great host, very responsive and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this listing.

Quiet cottage, very well equipped and with an extraordinary exterior. Beatrice and her husband are thoughtful and very kind. This is one of the best rentals we've had! I would highly recommend it.

Nathalie's hospitality is a strong asset. The accommodation is very nice, quiet and full of charm. Its location in the heart of the village and close to the Ardèche does not require a car for activities in the surroundings.

Wow what an amazing place! Thank you Didier and Frederique for having us at your beautiful property. Very friendly and hospitable hosts- we cannot wait to return. The only bad thing was having to leave after 2 nights. We should have booked a longer stay.

We spent two very nice weeks with Adeline and Jacques. Our hosts lived next door and were always responsive to any questions or issues. Communication with them was extremely friendly - very pleasant. We liked the apartment itself very much. The ambiance was tasteful and harmonious. In front of and behind the house there were wonderful places to relax. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the beautiful pool in April yet. We also liked the walking paths that you can take directly from the house. We can definitely recommend this place :-)

We were hosted very well by Catherine and Didier, they were very available throughout the stay. We enjoyed being able to swim in the pool and eat outside in front of the pretty view, the setting is beautiful and it feels good. I recommend it without hesitating!

We were warmly welcomed by Pascal and felt comfortable right away. The stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed the fantastic garden area with pool very much. It was also great that you could use the pool in the respective slots all by yourself. We were recommended beautiful hiking trails and we were looked after. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

All Happiness! The place is sublime, between traditional old stones and modernity. The living room is a real gem, the large bay windows give the impression of living in nature and this large living room with open kitchen, living room and dining room allow you to be together all the time in a single room. The bedding is quality, the house is tastefully furnished, everything we needed was there, and very importantly everything was very (very) clean. The view is superb and the accommodation is very quiet, the 2 outdoor terraces in the garden leave an additional choice for eating. Regarding the host, she was like the house, adorable and perfect (welcoming, smiling, accommodating, responsive and available! Thank you so much, we had a great time and would love to come back <3

In a beautiful environment, the cottage is very well decorated, nothing is missing and the services are high-end. Dirk and Fien are very welcoming and really kind. They were able to find us the activities that matched our tastes and desires. Always available and smiling, it was a real pleasure to relax in their peaceful haven. We recommend their cottage without hesitation!

Great place where we spent two nights with our 7 grandchildren . Quiet place, we enjoyed the pool , trampoline etc... Air-conditioned apartment. Lots of beds on three bedrooms . Large fridge freezer . dishes , Everything great!! Very kind and responsive host,even when we couldn't use the stove:) Really recommended place to visit Orange and its area .

Great stay at Émilie's. Tastefully made cottage, very warm and relaxing. Émilie is very friendly and welcoming, she is available as needed and very discreet. Quiet environment with animals. Every day Caramel and Jeannot came to say hello (little name I gave the family cat and their rabbit), very nice! Plus, there were turtles. I thought it was great! I'll keep Emilie's address and hope to come back. Congratulations on this quality of hospitality. 👍

The call a few days before check-in to explain to us in person the important elements of check-in/checkout was very much appreciated, as was the welcome on D-Day, always with a smile! Small downside regarding access, as gravel had obviously been added recently, damaging the underbody and making access slippery when it rained. The place was very clean and cozy, perfect for staying a few days. Thank you for this trip!

Beautiful detached house with all the comforts you need, very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped house. Super nice outdoor area with swimming pool, ping pong table and pétanque court. Great rental to have fun with friends and family.

Catherine’s cottage was wonderful. Lovely location and designed place. We only decided to head that way in the morning and she turned around an early check in for us that afternoon. Very friendly with excellent communication - highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at the property, which is very quietly located in a small mountain village. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a little break. Especially in the kitchen, there was everything you need to prepare meals. The weather even allowed us to grill with the electric grill on the patio in front of the house. The contact with Amel, who let us into the house, was particularly nice. The view from the bedroom window was wonderful, we were rewarded with a sunset almost every night. Right behind the house you have a great view of the Ardèche Valley, if you walk 20 minutes to the mountain, even a 360-degree panorama. The nearest supermarket is only a small car ride (one in Ruoms and one in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc). From the house you can take a nice 90 min hike, otherwise there are beautiful hikes in the area that can be reached by car. We had a very nice time!

The stove didn't work very well before the sweep arrived, and then, perfectly! Luckily around we found a lot of small pieces of dead wood to help establish the fire pit. Many birds sang in the bushes, especially nightingales, so rare in England. Early mornings, a sea of mist at the bottom, in the gorge of the Tarn, beautiful. Too early in the season (late April - early May) for most flowers except pulsatilla and adonis (don't know the French words), purple and yellow, very beautiful. Several orchids too. Excuse me, this keypad doesn't have French accents. Les Boissets is well worth a visit, a former hamlet restores. Lots of small trails, easy even for ages like us!

Very nice hosting and great communication from the hosts. Flawless accommodation, very clean. Small touches upon arrival. Pleasant pool with patio. Closed private parking. Super quiet environment. Close to all local shops. Ideally located in relation to tourist sites. We had a great week. We'll definitely be back.
