Monthly Rentals in Charlotte Center

We highly recommend Brenda’s place in Cassadaga. It is in a quiet, neighborhood with Cassadaga Lake within walk distance. Brenda is a great host- very responsive. We particularly liked the large kitchen space. Plenty of hot water and a good strong shower head in the bathroom. The house is very clean and exactly as described. We would look forward to staying here again. Please note that although the description states two people, there are two bedrooms, each containing a double bed. So the house adequately sleeps four.

The stay was amazing. Angela is a great host - to the ones leaving a bad review - please checkout the description - know what you're signing up for. Also don't skip the breakfast! it's a must have!!!

The place is exactly how it was described and pictured. Very neat, clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Quiet location. There is a Rite Aid and Dollar General right across the street, incase you forget something. The Airbnb was centrally located to the activities we had planned. We came on one of the first warm days of the season and the ac was not yet installed upstairs. Laura was very friendly, and responsive. The ac was installed and running within a very reasonable amount of time. Very happy with our stay! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Laura and Mary!
