Monthly Rentals in Charlestown

We had a great stay! The Simple Cottage had everything we needed and was an ideal location for us. Near the beach and several parks and preserves. The hosts are very responsive, provided clear instructions/information for our stay, and were proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was spotless. The grove of trees on one side of the cottage provides additional privacy that other lots in the neighborhood don’t have.

We had a great weekend at Mitch and Molly's place. The pictures don't really do it justice because it is quite large and very nice. It feels very new or at least recently renovated. The bedroom and living room are both huge, and we found water and seltzer and coffee waiting for us. The host was very friendly both in person and through messages. We had plenty to do between the parks nearby, the beach, and visiting places nearby like Newport. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks for letting us visit!

We loved visiting the Beach Cottage on Benson! Amy and Jay were perfect hosts and made us feel welcome. The movie theater and back deck were very cool and the cottage was clean and included everything you will need.

When we arrived, we met with Brian and he was quite hospitable. We had a large gathering and Brian was present to help with parking. Brian went beyond being a fabulous host by allowing us to use his personal living space to host a dinner. If you are looking for a quaint comfortable place to spend the night, this is it.
