House vacation rentals in Česká Lípa District

We were 22 people and we had a blast at Stepan’s place. Would totally recommend! Hopefully again someday.

Chorah’s place is perfect for families who want to have time out in a peaceful neighbourhood and leafy surroundings. It’s got all you need - a large kitchen and dining hall, green areas for playing, sauna and swimming pool. The house is well-equipped and well-maintained by Jan. Also, it was lovely to hear that the maintenance and cleaning are being done by the local people. Tisa rocks, which is only 10mins walk from the house, was beautiful and it was an easy hike.

We had a great time! The sauna and whirlpool were amazing! Pavol was really kind and explained everything in detail. Everything was decorated with detail and really clean. The only sad thing was that the pool was not ready yet! Hopefully we will be back :)

We were 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend in the accommodation. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and enough bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped (coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults had many opportunities to sit together comfortably. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

Accomodation was spotless, well furnished with all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed having the possibility to use the bbq. Really recommended for a getaway weekend.

Perfect as accommodation for a hiking holiday. The hot tub in the garden ensures relaxation after strenuous tours and cold temperatures. The garden is very large and spacious and offers different corners to retreat. The kitchen has everything you need and the oven creates a cozy flair. You can sit together and relax on the two sofas.

Very functional spacious home. Very well-equipped, we didn't miss anything. Great for families with kids, whole toy room, large garden with playground. A large covered patio where you can spend lazy afternoons and evenings. Great neighborhood for a road bike.

The stay was great. Although the house facade has just been renewed, we didn't mind. It was quiet. The sauna was great. Surroundings were nice and we got recommendations for good spots. The amenities of the room were perfect. I will definitely be back! Just because of the beautiful surroundings. Perfect for hiking trips.

I highly recommend staying in Kamenický Šenov! The rooms are newly renovated and the entire place – both common and private spaces – kept clean. It has an exceptionally cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home while maintaining complete privacy. Hosts take great care of every detail. Although we only spent one night there, we'd love to come back for a longer stay 😊

The host was really amazing in the room, we had clear instructions, and we also got very great recommendations for restaurants nearby where they cook really great. Amazing tips for walking around the neighborhood and where to go in the area. You can really see that your host is enjoying it.

We spent a short vacation as a family during the October holidays. We had 2 children and our dog with us. If you read the manual sent by email, you are informed about everything you need. The communication with Petra is very friendly and fast. The house is simply adorable in everything. The situation is wonderfully quiet. The amenities have everything you need. In my opinion, the tiled stove is the heart of the house. I fell in love with them right away. For children, toys are available inside and outside. The huge, fully fenced garden offers opportunity for the children to play, or space to rest and relax. We would be happy to recommend the place and will also be happy to come back. ❤️

At first, we were afraid that the house would be different than in the photo, but everything was as described in the photo, very good nature and you can go into the forest and fry yourself a kebab 😊

Vit is a very accommodating host who welcomed us personally at the property. The house is in very good condition and extremely comfortable. There are particularly beautiful hikes and opportunities to enjoy nature in the area. We stayed in the house with the family of 5 for a few days and were completely satisfied.

We stayed with 4 adults and 6 children (4-13 years) at Zofie's place. We had a very nice time, the house offers a lot of space (also 2 separate toilets and bathrooms) and is very comprehensive and lovingly equipped. Unfortunately, it is very audible. The kitchen really offers everything your heart desires and there are also many board games, dolls, painting stuff... The garden is really fantastic. High trees with swing, cable car, plenty of space, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, sun seating and shade. Our electricity bill was low but we also stoked the wood stove constantly and turned off all radiators. The surroundings offer pure nature. We hiked, there are also worthwhile small hikes that were easy to do with our children, and have unwinded in the house and garden. You have to drive a little to shop. It was all very clean and communication smooth. Thanks u so much! Hannah

Very well equipped and spacious apartman. Quiet neighbourhood with easy walking distance from the town and the lake. Highly recommend!

There were eight of us with four small children. The large outdoor area was a dream for the children, and the large house too - there was nothing missing, everything looks like new. The official hosts Jan and Magdalena were always easily accessible and the unofficial hostess, the cat, was also always very interested in us ;) Thank you for this beautiful Easter vacation.

The small cottage is surrounded by nature and is beautiful! From the hot tub, you can look directly into the forest and also relax wonderfully on the porch. The accomodation was very clean and had everything you could need. You should only not underestimate the stairs to the bedroom, which were then very steep, but doable! We highly recommend it.

We were two with a dog in the accommodation and were very satisfied. It is very cozy, nicely decorated. Everything you need. On request, you can use a sauna barrel and a hot tub (costs extra). There are three apartments and a tree house to rent if you need multiple accommodations. We will be happy to come back. Zuzana was always available and very kind.
