Condo vacation rentals in Central Macedonia

I had a great time here :) Georgios was very kind, flexible, and responsive. The location was great. It’s just a short walk from the city centre, with a supermarket nearby. The space was ideal for one person—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The balcony did not have the most amazing view, but it got fantastic sun and was a great spot to relax. I would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

This apartment is perfect! it has anything you might need, very comfortable and pretty and the location is perfect. The hosts were super nice and responsive. I highly recommend!

The host was very helpful , very helpful, allowed us to check out an hour later and responded quickly to all the questions I asked; the apartment was clean , the check in and checkout instructions were clear. The price was a little more expensive for the size of the apartment and the fact that it didn't have a balcony, but otherwise there was no issue and we had no complaints.

When we had trouble with parking, they came quickly and helped us. It was convenient because the amenities were nearby, and the room was clean. I was happy to stay in a good place.

Beautiful apartment, lots of light, clean. Location a little outside the city centre, but easily walkable. Street parking is free in the surrounding area, we parked in a big open parking lot at the end of the street. The check-in instructions were super clear. Would definitely recommend this place. The only slight downside is the smell coming from the shower sink, but it really isn't a big deal, just keep the bathroom door closed and you're good. You definitely know this smell, it's very common in seaside areas, nothing unbearable or that unpleasant really. Would visit again without a doubt

We had such a great time. Katerina provided great hospitality, and we had everything in the apartment. It is a lovely neighborhood, and all the places we were interested in were within walking distance. The bus station for public transport is also quite close.

Arzu gave me a very warm welcome ☀️ I enjoyed my stay in her cozy place. It's a perfect spot near the centre of town and convenient base for making trips in the region. The bed is very comfy. I slept soo well after hiking! I very much recommend Arzu's place to everyone 🌻

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The apartment has a fresh renovation, has everything you need for a long stay and cooking. Change of linen once a week. The owner is a very nice person, always ready to help with any issues. I recommend this apartment for living!

Great place to stay! The beach is one 1 minute walking. The house is lovely, it has everything that you need. There are a lot of restaurants and coffees near by. Alexandros and his mother are lovely people! Thank you a lot! :)

In short: absolutely great! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake for the beautiful and super clean property. Familiar, warm, open, you are welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice beach section is super quick to reach by car. Here you can find loungers for a drink. The walk to the promenade with many good taverns is also short. I would have liked to have stayed much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and thanks again for the wonderful time!

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

We had a lovely time in the beautiful house on the hilltop above the sea. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the inland hills. The balcony is great for having breakfast in the morning with a sea view and watching the sunset in the evening. The house is very richly equipped, everything you need is available. And on top of that, we were also wonderfully warmly welcomed by the parents of Ifgenia. Her mother had made delicious pastries, there was water and a nice bottle of wine cool. There was toppings, toast, coffee, tea... The bathroom was also richly provided with beauty products. Ifgenia's father came to bring us an extra fire, in case it would be too fresh, but we didn't need that. This is the best vacation rental we've ever been to for me. With the wonderful hospitality that characterizes the region so much. A gem in a region that has forever stolen our heart. Recommended!

Incredible hospitality. The apartment was super clean with all the useful appliances a family needs in their daily lives. Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Mary were always cheerful and available to the questions that existed. A place to feel at home, very close to the center of Kallithea without having to use your car and just a few minutes away from the spotless beaches. I wish all apartments to be exemplified by this one.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

Very friendly host family. Accommodation as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well-maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and you can swim directly in the sea. For shopping or restaurant visits you need a car. Covered parking on the premises.
