Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Great airstream with all amenities. It is on the property of owners’ house but set off for privacy. Outside use of chairs and hammock and basketball court made it a relaxing time for us. Beautiful rural surroundings but just a short drive to town. Don and Elise were extremely gracious and responsive to questions. Clearly great people. We stayed two days with our family of four.

This was an amazing place for my 4 nights of stay! Deborah was already outside at my arrival so that was extremely helpful, she walked us inside & gave a tour. Though they stayed at the other side of the house, they didn’t bother at all, I couldn’t complain about any noise! Comfortable bed, really nice shower, & smart tv! The backyard was BEAUTIFUL! Loved the view. I would definitely stay again, felt like home!

This is one of the best hosts I've worked with. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was lovely and quite clean and fresh with a truly beautiful view. There is carpeting in the bathroom and kitchen, which I think is a choice that can make for some cleaning challenges, but everything looked great to me. I'd love to go back in the colder months to make use of the lovely wood stove.

The house is a little run down but is clearly being updated a bit at a time. This is fairly reflected in the price. It is very clean and comfortable. This place was great for what it was and for our purposes. We were in town for a graduation. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We hosted up to 8 to ten for a family dinner, breakfast and game night. The beds slept our family of 5 (2 adults, three small kids) with no problem. Drain was slow in bathroom but host responds to issues almost instantly. Will definitely stay here again.
