Ricardo's apartment is very good, comfortable, clean, with a great location, right in the city center, close to the city's main tourist attractions and close to all the amenities necessary for our stay. Days of Peace and coziness. We felt at home. Maria and the husband are extremely kind and helpful people. The accommodation brings us to the feeling of being home and at the same time on a farm. Bird sounds upon waking up and many beautiful places to visit. I recommend the stay. We will return whenever we have the opportunity.

We went to the place I, my husband and son of 1.7 years and stayed for 4 days. Pam and Heryton are beloved! They made us so comfortable, they welcomed us so well, that it looked like we were visiting our own relatives or friends. We eat tomatinho do pé, physallis, purple passion fruit (yes, purple! just going there to try!), guava... We had a question with the refrigerator (which did not freeze) and they solved it immediately. We were extremely comfortable and rested a lot during our stay. The kitchen has the necessary to prepare meals and has an oven, refrigerator, stove, utensils... The view is breathtaking! The quiet is impressive. The internet network is good and the tv has entertainment options. Pam quickly responds to messages and offers good entertainment recommendations. Access to the site is easy and the distance from São Lourenco is short if you are by car or motorcycle. Anyway, we love everything, we would definitely come back and we have plans for it! 🌷

We had a great stay at the place. New property, with modern and tasteful finish, in addition to being well equipped. Situated in a region of beautiful landscapes. Because it is surrounded by nature, there are many insects that can enter the house. However, it did not hinder the great moments that the house provided. The host also supported us promptly in our needs. Would recommend.

Our stay was so good we wanted to stay so much longer! The house is even better than in the photos, complete, nothing is missing, besides very clean, organized and well divided! The location is great, very close to the sights by car, but you can walk to the center as well. the host was super kind, gave several tips and was always ready to respond and help! We love it and we already have the right home to come back!

The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, from arrival to departure. The house is a good size, was very clean, with an excellent kitchen and other well-organized rooms. Outdoor area with very nice and functional barbecue area. Johnatta was very attentive and undoubtedly contributed to our excellent stay. We'll be back when possible.

We loved the stay! I went with my family and my parents and everyone was impressed by the apartment. It's beautiful, super well equipped and extremely comfortable! It's easy to feel “at home” there! I'll definitely come back more often.

I thank Dona Luiza for her attention to the smallest details, great apartment, very clean and organized. I felt right at home! The best location in the city. Perfect!!!

We went to the Biker Fest 2023 event, where the location was paramount to choice. We can't help but relate that it is in front of the water park and next to a gastronomic pole that gets busy at night for distraction. Clean, airy property, in addition to the bed linen offered,also follow the promised. i will definitely be back!!!!!

The apartment is super new, well lit and equipped. Raquel was a great host, always attentive, she helped us with directions and questions. A great request for São Lourenço!

Good flat located on a quiet street and very close to the park and shopping. Clean environment, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Room with functional closet and comfortable bed. Complete kitchen. Spacious bathroom and hot shower. Nilson was a great host, attentive and provided tips for tours and places to eat. We'll be back!

Exelente option for São Lourenço. One-bedroom apartment, but extremely spacious, very well located, have the amenities of being "glued" in the center of the city, without the disadvantages of the intense and noisy movement. Quiet, ventilated and pleasant environment, very whim and careful in the details. Daniela is attentive and proactive. Maximum note for the property and owner.

Although it looks bigger in the photo, the apartment is very good. Great location. Just one tip, bring a loofah for dishes, detergent, trash bag, toilet paper, because if you arrive outside business hours you will need it. The cleanliness is impeccable. I recommend it.

The site is a little far from the center, but it pays off because the house is very good and well ventilated and the place is quiet with a great cost-benefit. The Cyro host was extremely attentive and was always available to help. I recommend it!

Excellent choice in São Lourenço. The whole house is very clean and functional. We were 6 adults and 4 children, we were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The house is very beautiful, spacious and super equipped. It accommodated all of us very well, the en-suites make the stay even more comfortable. Samuel, the host, and Daniel, who welcomed us, were very attentive and kind. Only to thank you ! Great value, recommend.
