Cozy downtown location near Parque das Águas

You know those houses that have history, personality and warmth? Ours is like this. An old building, full of charm, which we are gradually restoring with great affection. Perfect location: 5 min walk from the boardwalk and Parque das Águas, close to bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, gym and our local "shopping" (lol). There are 3 bedrooms, a simple and complete kitchen, 1 large bathroom. We have a Smart TV with open channels and Wi-Fi. It is on the 1st floor, with access via a flight of stairs. (no garage)

Now, my brothers and I offer Airbnb guests this delightful Minas Gerais corner with comfort, a unique atmosphere, lots of light and a perfect climate. An exclusive house with all the privacy, located five minutes away from Parque das Águas. The city is in the center of the Hydro-Mineral Resorts Circuit, with easy access to Caxambu, Lambari and Cambuquira, as well as Carmo de Minas, the coffee city, and Baependi, the city of Nhá Chica.

Large and comfortable house. Prepared for families and groups of friends who want to be in contact with nature. The main house has 3 large en-suites, all overlooking the garden. Fireplace/reading room, living room, dining room and TV room, a basement with sofas, kitchen and balcony. A large toy room for the little ones, a Minas Gerais kitchen, with a wood-burning oven, pizza oven and barbecue. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
