Arianna & Fulvio were very professional hosts, super responsive (communication was great) and incredibly friendly. The place had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening, Fulvio came to meet us and took us up to the apartment. Top floor with a heavy suitcase was manageable but do take it into account. Fulvio offered to help but it was no problem for us. The apartment was very clean and they even left us some fruit and a bottle of wine. Location is not in the historic centre but we actually liked that. Avoids the crowds, gave us a real sense of the other side of Bologna and was close enough for an easy walk into town. Very conveniently located close to the central station as well if you’re travelling by train. We would be happy to recommend this place!

Impeccable accommodation in a renovated residence. In addition, Alessio is a very friendly and welcoming host. I would recommend it without a second thought!

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

We had a great time here! Giovanna is a very nice host, she sent us all the information we needed before arriving and even sent us videos so we could see the house and get the explanations. She also cared, if everything was okay and gave us good recommendations for the area. The house is amazing. Everything looks just like on the photos and we felt really comfortable. The kitchen is equipped perfectly, we found everything we needed and more. There is enough spaces for everybody and especially the bathrooms are great. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best, when we were there, but we had a couple of days when we could use the pool and the BBQ, the outside are is very calm and relaxing. All in all, we had an amazing stay! Definitely recommend!

Very clean apartment, great for families. Close to the beach, has a pool and small snack bar on premises. About a 10 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the ferry in San Marco.

Hallo, We had beautiful days in Annalisa's bungalow. Everything was as described. The garden is a green oasis with herbs that guests are even allowed to use. The amenities are simple but at the same time have everything you need. Very positive is also to mention the impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, Annalisa gives a detailed introduction including tips for the area (shopping/leisure/restaurants). We were wretched on departure and can imagine coming back😊.

Everything was great! The apartment, the terrace , the warmth of Edoardo's family :) We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is clean and there is everything you need. The kitchen part is small but functional. We used the covered terrace extensively - in the sunshine and even in the rain it is very nice to be outside, overlooking the beautiful large property. Edoardo and Anastasja are incredibly friendly, welcomed us very warmly, gave good tips and were always available. Edoardo's parents, who live in the other part of the house, are just as warm - we regularly got lovely attentions, such as fruit, coffee and even pasta with fresh truffles. We can fully recommend the house and would come back anytime:)
