Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Enza was very nice! She is a very welcoming and friendly person. She is very responsive at every stage of the process. I greatly recommend. The place is very cosy, a haven of peace, just two to five walking minutes to the main interesting spots of the city!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Eleonora's accommodation is extremely well located with a terrace overlooking the duomo and the other side of Modica. The accommodation is very spacious, with functional equipment. Bedding is good . The street at the foot of the house is a road passing from Modica Alta and quite noisy with vehicles but the bedroom overlooking the back is quiet. We were lucky to come during the St George's festivities. Eléonora kindly lent us her garage during this busy period, but in return the street was often closed to traffic, which was a plus for us. You can walk around all of Modica easily - a lot of walking but it's one of the charms of the city - supermarket and good restaurant nearby. We'd love to come back to this place

We felt at home in Cinzia's apartment. It's fully equipped. Upon arrival, the water is already cooled, refreshing. The kitchen equipment was impeccable, Cinzia's mother, a very sweet lady, who showed us the apartment with a pure heart. Cinzia helped us in every way to have a pleasant holiday. We were a little far from everything, but we solved it.

We loved Enrica's place! Perfect location, beautiful and spacious apartment, responsive and welcoming host. We will be back!

The flat is connected to main house but it has its own entry. We spent there only one night, but flat was comfy and clean. It has an interesting design but in good way. We had inside parking. The owners are very kind.

Daniela's place is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect for spending time in the heart of Noto! Big, cozy spaces like before, with a charming old courtyard that smells of jasmine.

There were four of us (2 children, 2 adults) in Pino's apartment "Urano" and we felt very comfortable. Pino is a helpful and very attentive host who is always easily accessible and even welcomed us very late at night upon arrival. We all liked the large garden with the beautiful lemon tree. Since it is closed on all sides, it is especially great for small children. Thank you for everything, Pino!

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

We were received very nicely! We arrived by car and were able to park directly on the property. The place is small but equipped with everything you need. To see the nearby cities, you should have a car. The terrace was very nice for breakfast in the morning. The cats are very sweet and not intrusive. Gabriella is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant.

Very nice place . A little far from the city center but it's not worse because it's quieter. Too bad the barbecue is far from the accommodation ( it is 30 meters on a part that is public and you have to leave the accommodation to access it) It would be nice to be able to eat right next to the barbecue but nothing is provided for this purpose. Our host was very responsive and enjoyable

We were very happy with the place. Great location, the ceilings were high and the rooms spacious. The fact that the bathroom is quite small did not bother us. At weekends it was sometimes quite noisy. Since it is a corner house, there is quite a lot of noise from the outside. Otherwise, we were able to sleep very well. We were provided with a crib & baby chair and contact with Aurora was also reliable and fast. We have left a parasol at the property and hope it can be used by other guests as well.

Very good stay. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and well-equipped. Well located in the city and quiet. One of the bedrooms is a sofa in the living room protected by a screen. Simone is a very welcoming (even if we didn't see her!) and responsive host. I highly recommend this listing!

Nothing to say, very cozy, well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment. Scicli amazes by its beauty and elegance, shops open even at night...to visit! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to go back!

Great spot within walking distance of the main sites. Easy to find with street parking right out front. Damanio was very communicative via the app, and his mother was so kind and welcoming. Check in was very easy and we were able to store our bags for a while after check out the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Alberto was a fabulous host. His apartment was as described and he greeted us on arrival and explained where we were in relation to the sights. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, told us where the supermarket was, explained how to use the washing machine and was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and we loved the two balconies.

Wonderful surroundings, great house. The pool is super clean and just beautiful. Vincenzo was great, he made us feel at home and helped with any questions we had. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, grill, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect for enjoying the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome with her. We have made many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. The cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla also impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We thank Stefania from the bottom of our hearts♥️!
