Navi House was just as described on the website, no surprises. Sarah was very responsive before and during my stay. A minor issue that came up on day one was resolved within hours. Location is great - a 1-2 minute walk to the hustle and bustle that makes Ortigia great. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby, again all walkable. And the area is safe and well lit so never a concern for safety. Sarah was great host, Nav House was perfect fit, and I would definitely recommend it.

Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

Giovanni's apartment is highly recommended. The apartment is in a prime location. The sea is only a few 100 meters away and you have good opportunities for restaurant visits. The apartment is clean, well appointed and very modern. If you need help, Giovanni is very responsive. The only downside is the parking. Unfortunately, it doesn't have enough and sometimes it's hard to get a parking spot during vacation times. But otherwise everything is great. :-)

Great accommodation in a perfect location near the beach and promenade. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Ivan is a great host, communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

We were guests at Daniela's for the second time. The apartment is large has shabby charm, nothing is new, but it is somehow romantic. The location is perfect and we love the large roof terrace. It is totally quiet and you can hear and see the sea and you are still in the middle of the old town.

We had a lovely stay, four adults and our 8-month old baby. Nice apartment close to Marzamemi, a cozy old fishing village with lots of nice restaurants! Communication with Laura was exceptional and she was so kind with us. Thank you so much for having us!

I stayed for a month remote working and had a lovely time. Vittorio and his sister Barbara were so kind and helpful. Apartment well equipped and wifi super fast. There are good amenities close-by such as a bar, fishmonger and butchers. You are near the bus train station where you can easily travel to places like Modica, Ragusa and Catania (it is possible to travel around without a car). My personal highlight was the roof terrace. Coming from a cold climate, Sicily in November was warm and I spend lots of time up there eating breakfast, lunch etc.

Everything was perfect, Gianni was very quick to arrive at check-in, very kind and helpful. The accommodation was as described, extremely clean and equipped with all comforts. Surely if I had to go back to the area I would choose it again.

Everything was exactly as described and fit exactly for our two nights in Syracuse: great location, Ortiygia within walking distance, the small house on two floors with pretty courtyard and balcony and everything in the kitchen and bathroom you need. Very tasty coffee! Thank you Martina! We highly recommend the place!

This was a perfect location in Ortigia, on a characteristic narrow street but close to many shops including a small supermarket which was literally 30 mt away from the flat. But what really stood out for us was Carmelo’s availability and hospitality. We rented a car and got a fine because of a misunderstanding. Carmelo went personally to the local police station and managed to get it cancelled. He went well out of his way to help us. Unprecedented in our experience. Thank you so much!

Most comfortable beds we have had in the past 3 weeks travelling. Parking is hit and miss but managed to get o ne close after a few goes. Only one bed made up but Andrea was responsive and directed us to sheets to make it ourselves. Easy to walk down to ortigia without the extra hassle of parking there. All in all a beautifully renovated apartment.

Wonderful stay at Alberto's apartment. Everything we needed and more. The apartment is right in the center of all the magic that is Ortigia, while at the same time a quiet and relaxing sanctuary. Comfortable bed! 100 steps to the beach! Just perfect.

Everything as per the description but one point worth noting. The internet access was outstanding. Basically 800 mb down and 300 mb down. Absolutely fantastic connection is you're having a working vacation and need access to video meetings and large files.

We loved the apartment and found it to be very spacious and comfortable - we especially liked the panoramic view of the lagoon and Syracuse. Santi was a great host. The area around the apartment is beautiful and quiet - the beach is a five minute walk. Probably wouldn’t suit those seeking nightlife and restaurants on their doorstep, but Syracuse is only a short drive away. Although not an issue for ourselves, the steep staircase would not suit elderly or infirm guests, but Santi kindly carried our suitcase up and down the stairs! We would thoroughly recommend.

Ortigia is by far our favorite stop on our vacation in Sicily. Anna and Santo were such wonderful hosts. Their place is in a perfect location to go all over Ortigia. We had fun navigating the small streets/walkways. Their place was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor patio is a bonus. We really appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to check in early so we could drop off our bags and begin exploring!

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

A very pretty house right in front of the beautiful beach. Very comfortable and friendly host If I go to Siracusa again, I definitely want to stop by again!

The place was lovely, and a short walk from the beach (though I recommend going down a bit further to Lido Sayonara for clearer water). The apartment was very nice and the pool was great. I think this flat, the green one Natura is the best located one out of his few in the complex. About 20 minutes walk from here to the train stop, which is only a short ride into Avola or Siracusa, so not too bad Not many restaurants or much else in Fontane Bianche but that's not a fault of this Airbnb, having a car would be handy to get into Cassabile for more restaurants.

Very nice setting, quiet, Roberto and Erik his son are very responsive and very kind. I would recommend this place for discovering Syracuse and its surroundings.

Tiziana was a great host. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, and had comfortable furnishings. The apartment is very close to all the local attractions and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend the unit.

For us it was the perfect location. Right beside the daily food market. There were fantastic stalls selling fish, seafood cheeses and general produce. The apartment is only a short walk to the temple of Apollo and within easy reach of all the great local restaurants. The parking in Ortigia can be an issue but with a large public car park just across from the apartment it was not a problem. Overall a great stay, I can thoroughly recommend.

Alverios place is in a great area. Very easy to walk to the island and explore Syracuse. American coffe maker was an added plus! Parking can be an issue at times.
