This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

An Unforgettable Stay – Felt Like Home! Our trip to Georgia Tbilisi was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was this incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, Tati and Giorgi made us feel so welcome—it was like visiting old friends. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The house itself was beyond beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most breathtaking nature. Waking up to those views, having slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere was everything we needed. But the best part? My whole family was truly happy here. There’s something so special about this place—it’s warm, inviting, and just feels right. Whether we were out exploring or simply enjoying time together, every moment felt perfect. I can’t thank Tati and Giorgi enough for creating such a magical retreat. We’re already talking about coming back!

The accommodation is good for those who own a car because the same area is at the top. The host is good and friendly

Nino was easy to communicate with and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were incredible! We would definitely stay here again, especially if we had a large group.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Very cozy apartment, very polite landlords! The apartment has everything you need, a large fridge, a stove, a microwave, various kitchen utensils. Loved it!

Great place to stay, matches pictures & description

Comfortable accommodation, excellent location. All the biggest sights nearby. Mikheili is a friendly host who responds very quickly. The only "bad" side of the apartment is, if you're looking for a quiet location, this may not be the case in the evening. The music of a nearby restaurant is heard in the apartment and a lot of cars drive by. We didn't mind. We would definitely come again.

Stayed for a week. Everything as described. We were satisfied. Egle was constantly in touch. Pros: near the sea, location, sea view, clean apartment. A small disadvantage: waiting for elevators for a long time, we went down mainly on foot. But that's the only downside. Thanks Egle.

This flat is absolutely stunning, and will be my go to when staying in Yerevan. The balcony is beautiful, the flat feels modern, it is absolutely huge. Location is also perfect - plenty to do and close to all the sights. Worth every penny!

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and was comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, I would go to hell to sleep in that bed again, he responded in a friendly 😂 and sincere manner in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity even about the smallest issue.
