Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Tamar's. The location is fantastic -- quiet aside from the construction across the street (only in the mornings), close to central Tbilisi, with lots of great markets and restaurants around. The patio was a huge selling point for me when I selected the apartment, and it did not disappoint, you can truly see the entire city. Tamar as a host was incredibly communicative throughout my stay, always checking in, and if little issues came up (which happens when you stay for a month as I did), she was always on top of them. I hope to be able to stay again sometime soon!

Excellent and very cozy apartment with an unbelievably cool location. From the windows there is a view of the cascade, next to the opera house, everything is in the center within reach. At the same time, the place is very quiet, cozy and homely. Aesthetically, it's incredibly pleasant to be in the apartment.

Cosy space, perfect for a quiet weekend away. The beach nearby and the friendly dogs were a bonus!

If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Mikheili was extremely helpful, insightful and gracious when we couldn’t find the entrance when arriving from the airport at 2am! He arranged a ride for us to our next destination in Georgia and even allowed us to leave our bags past check out. Would stay again just for him, though the location of the place was extremely walkable!

I had the pleasure of staying at this truly exceptional Airbnb in Tbilisi, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—central, yet peaceful—with stunning views that made every morning feel special. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy, tastefully decorated, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the fully functioning amenities. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host was wonderful—kind, responsive, and generous enough to allow an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. There was plenty of space for our group (easily comfortable for 4–6 people), and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Stayed for a week. Everything as described. We were satisfied. Egle was constantly in touch. Pros: near the sea, location, sea view, clean apartment. A small disadvantage: waiting for elevators for a long time, we went down mainly on foot. But that's the only downside. Thanks Egle.

Hi it was a great stay for 2 nights. Not very close to town centre, but certainly walkable. The shopping centre next door and the food court is really useful. Had positive vibes. Only missing parts were a wine bottle opener 😃. Also I guess patio furniture may need a dust cover. We had a good time meeting another family at the patio during our stay. Would certainly return again🙏
