House vacation rentals in Caucasus

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Cute villa surrounded by nature! Samir was extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best places to stay if you’re in Gabala, especially after rainy season when the hills would be green. Loved the lawn and the garden with cherry blossoms!

The cabin was very beautiful and we enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms were kept very clean. Check in process was smooth. Highly recommend the stay here. There were enough kitchen utensils also provided. Felt like home.

Had a wonderful time with family. We haven't seen each other in 2 years. Great place to gather from all parts of the earth.

Very nice comfy place near to main city area but still calm and peaceful

We stayed for 3 nights and can’t complain. Georgy was proactive, helpful and friendly. House is very big and everyone will find a corner for themselves. Definitely recommended if you want to do day trips from Tbilisi and well connected to main roads.

The place is very very clean and interested in it. The pool is hot, although it is cold and the toilets are clean and they are very cooperative with us, only about 20 minutes and the road is not a temple for the place.

Very basic place but with everything you need 5 minutes walk to the Heyder Aliev Merkezi. 24/7 supermarket close by. Nice communication. Would book again. Highly recommended.

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

The host Zurab with his magnificent garden, oranges, lemons and with the delicious khachapuri of the hostess, who made them in Tbilisi remembering the Zurab family, who were responsive and helpful in everything. And a special thanks to Lasha for his empathy, attentiveness, recommendations. We came as tourists to visit, and left as relatives!!! Thank you for everything!!!!!

Excellent and very cozy apartment with an unbelievably cool location. From the windows there is a view of the cascade, next to the opera house, everything is in the center within reach. At the same time, the place is very quiet, cozy and homely. Aesthetically, it's incredibly pleasant to be in the apartment.

It is a beautiful house located right in the middle of a huge vineyeard. The house is large and well equipped. Quite a bit of off-roading is required to reach the place, but then one gets 30 hectares to oneself.

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

The place is wonderful, quiet, calm. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the center. Tamar was a great host. She even came with her car to recollect us from the nearby village or made a splendid reservation for horse riding in a horse ranch. Very kind and helpful host. Maia's house was perfect for us. It is close to ski areas. There is a bus stop to Didveli gondola a few minutes walk away. Driving is also easy. The best part is that there is hill for sledding just across the street. The house is kept warm. The beds are good enough for us. We would certainly recommend the place to our friends.

Very clean cabin. There was a barbecue place. Close to downtown. Everything you need for a place to stay.
