Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Caucasus

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

Everything was great! Thank you so much to the host for our wonderful vacation. The heated pool was just the perfect option in cool weather. You can make a grill, a big house, very cozy. Clean and comfortable beds. The only thing was that there were a lot of ants in the house, our advice is to work on it. Otherwise, everything is fine!

the business owner greeted us with his wife in a friendly way. They were very friendly. The business owner was very helpful with places to visit. The location of the creek house was almost like a center of peace with the sound of the black sea, greenery and storm stream. The freedom area of the creek house was very much in front compared to the surrounding accommodation, the private barbecue area for the barbecue, the private winter garden for the barbecue, and the summer garden, most importantly, the heated swimming pool and many details that I could not count. We had a very nice time with my wife. From here, we thank Mr. Turan and his wife Özlem very much for their sincere attitude to the business owners. We recommend it to everyone, and we can't wait to come back here for our last vacation. Thanks again for everything..

A great place for both a private holiday and for exploring Yerevan and the surrounding area. You can reach the center in 15 minutes by taxi. The house has a large and clean swimming pool, a comfortable grill area, the sauna works well. Five rooms can accommodate a large number of guests. Balconies have lovely views of the city. In general, the house has everything you need, and the host is friendly and ready to help in any situation. From what could be improved: one bathroom was damaged by a faucet and water was not regulated in the shower. Also, there are not enough thicker curtains - after sunrise, there is a lot of light in the bedrooms, you need masks for sleeping.

We were very happy with our experience, the house is great, the place is great and the neighbors are very kind. On the last day we discovered that there were waterfalls near the house. A family next to the waterfall hosted us and offered us tea. When we returned home in the evening, the host and his wife offered us tea and we chatted about many things. This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.

In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

Our stay at Woodhide was a true soul retreat. The location of the house is simply incredible: nature, fresh air and silence. The interior is stylish, thoughtful to the smallest detail, creating coziness and a feeling of complete relaxation. I was especially impressed with the bathroom with the hot tub – the perfect place to relax after walks. But the most valuable thing is people. The owners of the house put their soul into it and surrounded us with warmth and care, for which we are immensely grateful. They did everything to make us feel like home. absolutely wonderful experience. me and my partner got there by our own car but its incredibly sweet of the host to offet transfer from and to batumi. the views are breathtaking, bed is big and comfortable. sleeping under stars and moonlight was amazing. friendly puppy, cats and goats wondering around definetely help create an atmosphere of a peaceful runaway place. surprisingly big menu with all kinds of very reasonably priced meals. no need to worry about having something nice to eat while you're there. 14/14 recommend

Mr. Volkan is an incredibly good person, he transferred both the environment and Batumi to us, like a tour guide, down to all the fine details. It has always been possible to reach out to him about our extra needs regarding the house. She was a kind host who asked every evening to our specific needs. It is definitely a place to choose with its incredible nature and atmosphere. If I plan a trip to Rize again, this will be my first choice. It was a family atmosphere, made it feel like my own home.
