Ohhh what a treat! So close to everything. 2 great seafood restaurants in walking restaurants & near the peirs for the cruises. Comfortable beds, clean & very helping responsive host. Highly recommended. 24 hr convenience store downstairs, ice cream shop, pho restaurant , mini supermarket & pharmacy. Thanks Dong what value for money. We would happily stay again. We recommend this air bnb with 3 bedrooms & 4 beds to anyone including families.

Ngan is such a kind and thoughtful host! She booked me transportation both to and from Hanoi airport. She was patient and understanding. The view from the flat is unbelievable and the Citadines building has everything one could need including pool, gym, convenience store, two restaurants, and a spa. This place is perfect for a couple or small family who would like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Chai.

The room is VERY nice with a beautiful glass window for a great view. Foam was helpful and even arranged a car back to the airport for us. Thank you for everything.

Very friendly and charming host. Easily accessible. The house is just as shown in the photos. Very spacious and nice. The only bad thing is that it's far from everything, even for a morning coffee. It's true that a Grab costs 1.3 euros to the marina, where there's more life, but you should know that you don't have anything nearby to go to. The fridge had beers and Cokes and water (great detail) and there was tea to make as well as some food. The house is comfortable for up to 6 people.

Host went above and beyond to sort out WiFi issues - they took us in and invited us for a drink and food and are very hospitable would recommend - thanks for a great experience

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Mai was amazing. We arrived very late at night and she not only gave us clear check-in instructions, she went the extra mile and made sure there was something to eat when we arrived. The apartment was better than expected.

We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Ha Long. There isn't much to do in the area but if you're looking for something quiet this is the place. The hotel restaurant was brilliant and would definitely recommend. You get a 15% discount too if you mention you are in a condo.

A very very luxury apartment for the price you pay. 100% worth

Linh was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and needs. She was able to help us book a motorbike for two days, even though we were only there for a short period. She even helped us book a private transfer from her condo to Cat Bi Airport, as we were traveling to Da Nang after our last day in Ha Long. To the condo, it was all modern and beautiful. It has all the amenities that was listed on the airbnb app. It was spotless, clean and very classy place. It has wide spaces and facing with a beautiful view of the Ha Long Beach and the bridge. The place is located 14 mins to the Ha Long International Cruise port where you can have your full day or hall day tour to Ha Long Bay, Ti Top Island, Sun Sot Cave and etc( P.S. depends on your package tour😉). The Sun World Ha Long where the Amusement Park, Cable Car and Ocean Park are is only 16 mins.away both are by motorbike😉. it is in the part of the city where the local lives. Near to seaside, there are new cafes/ restaurants in walking distance. It is very close to bridge which connects two sides of the city. And, the apartment has all basic necessities.
