A peaceful place to stay as a base to explore Lan Ha Bay. A cluster of around eight small villas run by a lovely husband and wife couple. The wife speaks good English. It is a 20 minute drive from the main Cat Ba town, so we were pleased that they offer yummy home cooked meals for a reasonable price. A simple complimentary breakfast included. They helped us to organise two tours in Lan Ha Bay - a bioluminescence night tour and a day tour (which included a buffet lunch on the boat, cycling in Viet Ha village, kayaking, swimming). The second tour was run by Serenity Cruises and was especially well organised and amazing! We are a family of four, two adults and two children and when we informed them that the sofa bed in our room was far too hard for our kids to sleep on, they received our feedback well and offered us an additional fold out bed for free. We were impressed by the way they handled this and we left content with our stay.

The hosts are very nice, helpful and smiling. They take care of their guests. (For example, they offered to turn the air conditioning on in our rooms before we came home in the evening). On the other hand, the hotel is quite far from the center and the places to see on the island. So you have to consider renting scooters. In short, it's not luxurious, but it's more suitable for just sleeping and enjoying the island during the day. Thank you for these two nights 🫶🏻

The room is VERY nice with a beautiful glass window for a great view. Foam was helpful and even arranged a car back to the airport for us. Thank you for everything.

We were extremely satisfied with both Hoa, the host and her homestay. The place is pretty and clean, had everything we needed. The bed was clean and comfortable. Hoa helped us book a boat tour into the bay on a rather short notice and was very responsive during the procedure. We were also allowed to check in early. The apartment is slightly remote from the port, about 15 mins on foot, but I believe it is to the homestay’s advance, as the port area was very noisy and busy, while the apartment was calm and secluded. Would highly recommend choosing this place to stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. Came here just shortly after typhoon Yagi hit Ha Long. Therefore some amenities and services were unfortunately not offered, which didn’t bother me too much. Hung is a very proactive and welcoming host, he reacted always fast and friendly and assisted with any questions and enquiries. Would highly recommend staying here, it’s a lovely place and you are in great hands 🌅

Peaceful river view from a high-rise apartment! The modern decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Quang Anh was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We loved the Vinhomes area's park and restaurants within walking distance. Local eats were a short motorbike ride away. Overall, a great stay!

Everything about my stay here was perfect! Phuong was incredibly helpful, friendly, supportive and easy to reach. She did so much more for me than one could reasonably expect, she even sent an item that I had forgotten at the place to Hanoi for me and helped me arrange everything about the delivery. The apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures. Everything looks very well kept and clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed, the great view from the balcony and especially the bathtub and shower! If you have spent a while in other places in Vietnam, you learn to appreciate a shower with good water pressure and temperature! Phuong made sure to come every few days to clean the apartment, which is very valuable for long-term stays like mine. I can fully recommend everything about the place, and with this host you will never have any trouble! She is a gem :)

Lovely apartment and Van was a great host. Some strong winds blew over plant pots and things on the balcony and the next day they were cleared and tidied up. A very attentive host and a lovely view of Halong bay with a great restaurant downstairs.

Had a great visit. Ideal apartment for a digital nomadic, beautiful view, comfortable and fast wifi. Linh is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend.
