I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

Tina was a fantastic host. Always very responsive and friendly. The cottage was very clean and matched the photos and description. Checking in and out was very easy. Very well located. Walking distance to Colorado College and many downtown restaurants in Colorado Springs. The cottage is perfect for two people. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place to stay. Especially if you're going to Red Rocks for a concert. 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.

The place was a given, met expectations, easy to find, beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing time. The kids had s'more , and even got to enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommended

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

We stayed during the month of May. The apartment was exactly as described. The place is lovely. Everything was super clean. The space is perfect for two people. It’s quiet. The apartment is on the side of the main house, and you can park right next to the front door of the apartment. It is suitable and comfortable for all weather types. It is a cozy place. If you like peace and quiet with nature, this is your place. The views to the Rockies are stunning, The neighborhood is lovely, beautiful homes, but also all sorts of interesting wildlife. One night we were driving back to the Airbnb and there was deer. I highly recommend this apartment.

Vicky was a wonderful host! This trip meant a lot to me, as it was the first time my sisters and I had been in the same location in over 10 years! The house was spacious, the beds SO comfortable, and Vicky’s instructions were very clearly displayed. I definitely recommend!

Honestly was an amazing stay, they had everything and more. The fridge and pantry were even stocked with complimentary things to enjoy. They were extremely responsive and respectful, really made you feel at home. Nothing was confusing and the amenities were top tier. I would not only stay here again, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Denver.

Barbara and Paul's guest suite is even cozier and more spacious than the photos suggest! It's the perfect home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the charming nearby towns. The location is central, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Barbara is an incredibly responsive and attentive host, always available to help with anything guests might need. And the friendly kitties on the property add a warm, welcoming touch—they’re excellent unofficial greeters! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place, whether you're planning a quick getaway or a longer visit. It has everything you need to feel right at home.

me and my husband enjoyed our stay. nancy was really sweet and helped with recommendations. she communicated very well throughout the whole stay. we felt safe and comfortable. the space is comforting and set up nicely. would definitely stay here again if we come back to denver! 😊

We enjoyed our time at the Airbnb and it was just what we hoped for during our wedding at Woodlands minute’s away. The suite faces the wilderness and hot tub was amazing nightcap with all the stars out. Comfy bed and able to control the temp pretty well. Felt very private and peaceful, thanks Jeremy!

Wonderful accommodations. You get the entire basement with 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a kitchenet. Lots of comfy couches and a great table for eating as well. We loved having our own entrance to the apartment. The patio area is stunning with water features and a great little fireplace too. It's in a great location and we loved our stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The stay was amazing! The hosts are very very nice and friendly. The guest suite is very quiet and perfect for two guests. The house is close to so many things and the house was also so clean. The backyard was also super nice and beautiful. I was very happy with our stay :)

This place was perfect for me and my sis for our vacation. The view and accommodations were just as described. Our host was very helpful with any questions we had or suggestions for certain places we were interested in and was quick to respond. She literally came out in a rain/hail storm upon our arrival with an umbrella for us! She also had some baked goodies and other complimentary snacks for us. :). Although the hosts live above the rental, there were no issues with noise. Checking in and out went smoothly. I greatly recommend this rental if you want to enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay with an amazing view!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our trip to Colorado Springs; Bethany's place was literally minutes from all the best sights in the area. The apartment had everything we could possibly need (plus an excellent hot tub)! Bethany was so helpful and responsive to all our messages. 10/10, perfect stay!
