We loved staying at the Guest House at the Switch Yard! It is like a welcome visit to grandma’s house, complete with a candy dish just like grandma has. The host has thought of everything, including treats for our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Janis offered many great tips on the local area.

Steven Lee was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The home was described accurately. The price was VERY reasonable. Quiet and secluded which was exactly what we needed. Will definitely seek him out next time we stay in Helper. Thank you for the experience, Steven Lee!

5 star hosts! Our stay at the Scofield A-frame was so much fun. It is a cute and cozy place right off the reservoir with an incredible view. The hosts were super responsive and friendly and the instructions provided were clear. They provide plenty of heaters, some games, WiFi, a TV, a little propane fire pit out back, a little fridge, microwave and toaster, a coffee machine with coffee pods, and video instructions for using the propane oven. Everything you need for a comfortable and fun little getaway! We loved Scofield and would work with Matt and Lauren again. Thank you for a great weekend and sharing your place with us!

This was such a great place to stay! If you’re looking for a place to get away from the world and take your spouse and relax and have a soak! This place is great! Also there is no neighbors around and it’s very nice and quiet! Would definitely stay here again

We LOVED John’s home! It is a quaint and cozy home, and is tastefully decorated with interesting and beautiful artwork. We especially loved the vintage items that reminded us of growing up in the 60’s. The two bedrooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. Was easy to use the TV. The only noise was the occasional train whistle that went by the house at night. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I HIGHLY recommend John’s home if you are in Helper. We enjoyed the 9 Mile Canyon Drive out of Price to see amazing petroglyphs the day of our stay at John’s.

Had a wonderful stay here😁 Cindi and Mark went above and beyond to address any concerns, always friendly with helpful recommendations, and made the place feel like home. Best value in the area by far, clean, quiet, and beautiful views of balance rock, can’t recommend enough!!💪

This tiny house is exactly as described! Had no issues with the fan, hot water, or location as some have reported previously. Great place to catch some rest on my roadtrip in a cute, cozy space. Definitely worth the $60 and would stay here again. The host is quick to reply should anything come up.

looked exactly like the pictures , interior design was stunning. I loved the views from the bathroom & took a nice bath . Great getaway from the outside shenanigans.

This place is great! The bed is very comfortable. My daughter slept on the couch and said it was great too! I loved the artwork. Mark was great at responding. My booking was last minute. I’m so glad I was able to stay here!
