We had a weekend and the truth that we were very comfortable, the heating was on at all times and the temperature was very nice, the common areas of the house spectacular. The room very comfortable and clean the jacuzzi worked perfectly and everything was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed it and will surely repeat another getaway to get out of the routine and disconnect from the city.

My wife and I were on a weekend for an event we were going to in Avila and although we didn't have too much time, the whole process was excellent from booking to our departure. Communication and directions were excellent at all times, the apartment as described and Luis' treatment perfect upon our arrival. The apartment is ideal to enjoy Avila where you can walk anywhere. Parking is available in the area in total freedom. I recommend this apartment for its location and peace and for the deal with the owners who were very kind

All perfect! We are passing by and we stop to rest in this beautiful place. The host was very kind, she gave us tips on where to eat. All equipped chalet, very comfortable bed, plus there is a sofa bed and a super nice garden for a while. Very quiet area, nice and close to everything. We were able to make our own dinner and in addition Maria has left us some muffins, coffee, and butter for breakfast. We felt right at home. Thank you very much, Maria.

Fanny was very attentive to us, we booked her the same day as it was something improvised to stay 2 nights in Madrid and there was no problem. The house is very nice, it has it very clean and tidy, it has everything in a small space, it is very well used. We had problems with the light when having 2 appliances plugged in, but we know that it is something that they already have to fix it, because of this they provided us with a gas stove to plug in less appliances. I 100% recommend Fanny's casita. We will definitely be back!!

Detached house with bathroom and parking. The neighborhood was quiet and half an hour from Toledo. It had a nice garden, but for the weather (November) we couldn't enjoy it. The owner is maja and responded quickly, a pleasure ☺️

We went to a course in Collado Villalba and Itziar's studio was great for us in terms of price and proximity. We were very comfortable, Itziar explained everything very well and was always available in case we needed anything. Great service, if we have any other courses in the area, we will think about returning, thank you very much!

I will definitely repeat. I chose it for my parents to spend a few days as they visited me and I live very close by. The next visit will be staying there again that means that everything was perfect.

One of the best places I've ever been to! Super location, superbly equipped and very nicely decorated. Carolina was very nice and flexible. I would book the place again at any time and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the stay and would love to repeat it as we go up to Valladolid once a month. The mattress was in good condition as confirmed by the owner. Everything was very clean. Excellent communication. We'll be back.

Karina and her husband Julián were excellent hosts. Always available and extremely friendly, they did everything to make my stay a great experience. The studio is wonderful, with all the amenities needed to live comfortably. Is a 15-minute drive from Madrid. Nearby there are several public transportation options as well. It is very well located for those who want a quiet, comfortable place, with great quality and easy access. The stay went very well, I felt truly at home!

Perfect accommodation! Me and my girlfriend were very well received, and Barbara was super helpful helping me to make a surprise! Whatever we needed they were available to us, simply sensational! The house is perfect, just like the descriptions and photos. We love every detail and are very grateful for everything!!

It was a great experience to stay with Michelle & David in their home! They are listed as Superhosts and that is just how their house was, super! We stayed in a spacious guest suite (complete with kitchen & bathroom) in their stunning modern home in Las Rozas, Madrid, which is complete with a big climbing wall, vegetable garden, fire place, sitting areas, parking and a large pool - an absolute salvation in the hot summer. As we entered, they greeted us with cold drinks and whenever we were home, they shared their great meals with us, as if we were family. There is a bus 3 minutes from their house that took us straight into the centre of Madrid, where there are great Art Galleries & the best shopping in Europe. In all, we had a great holiday with the perfect combination of a European capital city and a relaxing, welcoming family experience. We are looking forward to coming back again soon!🤗
