Manuel‘s appartment is located in the historial center in the middle of Madrid (Malasana), very near to Gran Via, ideal base for trips in the city (Plaza Mayor, Teatro Real). The most important museums (Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, Reina Sofia, Museo Naval etc.) as well as palaces (Palacio Real & Galeria de las Colleciones Reales, Palazzo Liria) are within walking distance. The appartment itself represents a wonderful and very quite retreat on the 5th floor (with lift !) with a terrace providing an impressive view over the roofs of Madrid. Its interior is just amazing with a wonderful mix of antique as well as modern pieces and pictures. It is very comfortable, perfectly cleaned and provides two bathrooms as well as a very well equipped kitchen. The arrival is perfectly organized. Conclusion: A highly recommended top address for a journey to Madrid!

We had a great stay at Inigo's place- the apartment was very unique and comfortable- he was friendly, responsive and always helpful. Even in winter the patio and garden were both beautiful. The neighborhood was very walkable with many great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great central place that is a cozy and has all needed amenities. We stayed here over the holidays and felt right at home. We arrived at the Atocha Train station and took the 10 minute walk to Daniele's place. Daniele was a very responsive and accommodating host.

The house was very clean, it had everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts were very accommodating,with quick and detailed communication, pending in case we needed anything. The area is very nice. I would recommend staying in this house.

We had a wonderfull time at Nahia’s and Xavier’s house. Their house is so lovely. Super cozy and so nicely decorated. Fully equipped and more than enough room for all 5 of us (2 adult and 3 teenagers). Great spot to visit the coast, Bilbao and all those lovely ‘nature’ places in the immediate surroundings. Besides the house, both Nahia and Xabier are the most friendly hosts you can imagine. Super kind, always there whenever you have a question and Nahia is the best local guide, full of great tips, from restaurants, over beaches, hiking tours, food, local bakeries … Priceless! So yes, we would definitely recommend this wonderful place with its lovely hosts!

We really liked the site, I went with my husband and my 2 sons and we all enjoyed it very much. The house with everything you need and fully conditioned to spend a few days in the mountains of Madrid and be super comfortable. Almu and Nacho lovely everything has been very easy with them and they have been very kind making it possible for us to feel as comfortable as in our own house

The accommodation is beautiful and, although we only stayed 2 days, it has everything you need for longer stays. You can tell it's been decorated and furnished with a lot of care. In addition, Laura, the host, is charming and has taken care of every detail so that everything is easy to use and you only think about enjoying your trip. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this place and I highly recommend it.

This house is amazing! We loved it and the team was very responsive to any questions we had ! We loved the stay, it’s located in this beautiful residential neighborhood and the house has breathtaking views ! It was warm inside and despite the cold weather outside we didn’t feel it at all inside ! Don’t miss on the gorgeous sunrise from the patio ! Definitely will be coming back !

The Most Incredible Experience in Jesus' House. We stayed at the house with a group of friends for a weekend and it was just spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Jesus was an exceptional host, very attentive and always available for any questions or recommendations we might need. The house is spotless, well cared for and has all the details thought out. Jesus even left us books on top of the beds and in the bathroom, a detail that we loved and gave a very special touch to the place. Plus, it boasts plenty of board game options, chess, a huge bowling game, and even a mini golf!! I definitely recommend Jesus' house to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable few days. We'll be back without a doubt!

I can’t say enough great things about Haas, his wife Sara, and their wonderful home. The living quarters were fantastic. Extremely clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and linens. They were very hospitable, even welcomed us by having us join them for wine and tapas. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Spain. Haas was also very knowledgeable regarding other areas to visit during our trip which added to the success of our holiday. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

José is a very friendly person, he welcomed us very well. Throughout the stay she was on the lookout for us, she made us recommendations. It helped us find the best prices. She even took us once to the train station because there were no buses at that time. I really recommend it a lot if you go to sleep and get to know you. It's close to the 10 subway station that takes you everywhere. If you want something at a low cost this may be a good choice.

Julia is a very caring and friendly host. He treated us great. What a shame I didn't stay longer because we were very comfortable. And the ideal location because you arrive right in the center, in addition to you are in a super beautiful and quiet residential area.

I recommend this place and the host. Our room was tiny, but enough for the three of us. We had a living room and a kitchen with everything we needed, including coffee and tea. The apartment was very clean. The host was very friendly, communicative, open. She made sure we didn't miss anything. We felt at home. No worries I left my daughter for a few hours and the hostess was very helpful. We could also leave our luggage after checkout, and use the apartment before departure in the evening. I RECOMMEND

As for the accommodation, it is spectacular how modern it is, comfortable and cozy, you have all the amenities at your disposal. Also, the location is in a very quiet area but no more than 15 minutes away from downtown or the airport. We will definitely be back on our next getaways to Madrid.

It’s a wonderful apartment that is located in the exclusive Barrio de Salamanca area in Madrid. Everything is right at the door step, great shopping, wonderful restaurants and the best local market -Mercado La Paz. The apartment itself is very spacious and tastefully decorated . Francisco is a great host right from the day one, easy to communicate , quick response, we spend a month in Madrid feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

we were delighted,Julia is like having a grandmother for your children ,a friend ,an excellent host,I am very clear that it will be my place again when I return to Madrid. She is aware of everything to inform you about everything about the house and how to get to the places ,the super cozy house,large with common areas in the urbanization for the little ones , it has access right there to the highway,we were in Parque Warner we arrived in 20 minutes by car. I recommend it at 1000 x 1000
