Alloggio pulitissimo e con tutti i comfort richiesti, letti molto comodi e cucina ben fornita e completa. Posizione estremamente tranquilla e senza traffico, zona silenziosa. Centro di Sirmione raggiungibile con la navetta a poca distanza dall'appartamento e posizione comoda anche per raggiungere altri luoghi di interesse della zona. Tutto positivo e Federica si è dimostrata molto disponibile anche per consigli su ristoranti e su come muoversi in zona.

Fabulous apartment. Very clean with comfortable bed, hot water, plenty of towels, all kitchen facilities needed for basic meals. The apartment is on the second floor which makes it feel very safe, and there is a small lift. It is a great location, easy to walk to the old town with all the squares, shops and restaurants you could need. We got a taxi from Padova station for 10 euros but Elena gave very helpful information on how to get a bus or tram. Ideal place to stay for a long weekend to explore Padova and take a train straight to Venice if you wanted to. Elena is an extremely helpful host. Very proactive with her messages and quick to reply to any questions i had. Thoroughly recommend.

Agradeço a anfitriã por nos receber mais tarde do que o previsto porque tivemos problemas no aeroporto. Recomendamos a quem procura um alojamento próximo do Centro Histórico. Fica a 600metros a pé e o fato de ter vaga privativa para o carro também é muito importante. Próximo a mercados e restaurantes. O apartamento é enorme e muito limpo, arejado e iluminado. Silencioso e altamente preparado para frio e calor. É ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos. Muito bem decorado e equipado. 5 estrelas !

הגענו בדיוק ביום שהייתה מסיבת רחוב גדולה ברחוב בו נמצא הנכס. זה קצת הקשה על מציאת חניה, אבל Ingrid נתנה מענה ופתרון טוב לזה והאווירה במסיבה הייתה כיפית. המיקום נהדר וקרוב יחסית לעיר העתיקה, לבתי קפה ומסעדות והדירה פשוט נעימה, חמימה ומאובזרת. מומלץ בחום!

L’estada va ser perfecta, exactament com indica a l’anunci. Matteo va estar pendent en tot moment i l’apartament està en una localització excel•lent. El llit molt còmode i la cuina molt ben equipada. El recomanem 100%.

Struttura ordinata, pulita e ubicata in una zona residenziale/centrale con tutti i servigi (intorno) per un comodo soggiorno. Circa 8/10 min a piedi dal centro città. 우리 가족 모두가 매우 만족한 숙소였습니다. 준비해주신 맥주와 간식에서 세심한 배려가 느껴졌고, 예정보다 일찍 도착해 짐 보관만 부탁드렸는데도 기꺼이 이른 체크인을 도와주셔서 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 입실을 도와주셨던 분도 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 기분 좋게 여행을 시작할 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 산마르코 광장 바로 앞에 위치해 있어 늦은 시간에도 안전하게 유럽의 멋진 석양을 종탑 위에서 감상할 수 있었던 점이 특히 기억에 남습니다. 물론 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르는 수고는 있었지만, 그조차도 전혀 불편하게 느껴지지 않을 만큼 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 베네치아를 여행하는 지인이 있다면 자신 있게 추천드리고 싶은 곳입니다.

L'appartement était très propre et lumineux Très bien situé - à 3 min à pieds d'un supermarché et d'une pharmacie - juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus amenant directement à Venise en 25 minutes La procédure d'arrivée est simple Fabio est un hôte très réactif et sympathique ! Je recommande!

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was incredible from start to finish. Sylvia was extremely helpful and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location easy to find and walk to from the train, and excellent location to everything we wanted to do in Venice! I’d stay here again, thank you Sylvia. Our family enjoyed your hospitality.

L’appartamento era come descritto, ampi spazi, pulito e ci hanno fornito per tutti gli ospiti asciugami e ciabatte. Location comodissima perché in pieno centro e vicino c’è anche un parcheggio coperto per lasciare le auto.

Schöne, helle Wohnung. Alles da, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war auch freundlich. Die Gegend ist ruhig und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang über die Brücke von der Altstadt entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist in 2min Entfernung. Alles perfekt.

La casa è arredata con gusto, gli spazi sono divisi en modo intelligente. La casa è posizionata centrale ma ma allo stesso tempo in un vicolo tranquillo. La casa è al piano terra ed è tutta pianeggiante senza le barriere architettoniche. La docia ed apertura docia soni ampi. Queste caratteristiche fanno possibile usare la casa per coloro che usano la sedi a rotelle, stampelle etc. La host è estremamente gentil, risponde veloce, da consigli e ci è lasciati molti pensieri come vini, acqua, dolce. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo pai da Silvia que nos explicou tudo sobre a cada e nos deu recomendações de Verona. O banheiro do apartamento é excelente, bem equipado e amplo. A casa possui um ótimo sistema de aquecimento e é muito bem localizada. Gostamos da cafeteira em capsula que fica disponível para os hóspedes. As recomendações de restaurantes de gastronomia local da Silvia foram excelentes

Aurora je bila odlican domacin, vrlo ljubazna, ugodno smo komunicirali i o lokalnoj povijesti. Također smjestaj je bio iznimno prostran i uredan. Okruzenje mjesta, jezero i okolne ceste su odlicne za solo putnike, bicikliste i planinare.

The communication with Uto was great! We had a small issue with the heating and Uto and Nicola were very prompt in solving the issue. The flat is cozy and well-located. It's in a quite "touristy" area though. Soundproofing between the two bathrooms is not good: turning on the ventilation helps. The bedding was very comfortable! Overall a very nice experience. Thanks Uto!

Die Wohnung ist für einen Städtetrip wirklich super. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig und einfach erreichbar, in der Umgebung sind viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gegend wirkt noch sehr original mit vergleichsweise vielen Einheimischen und weniger Touristen. Die Wohnung Ansich ist top, das Bett sehr weich und Jacuzzi+Sauna natürlich ein Traum.

Alberto’s apartment was beautifully decorated, pristine, comfortable and convenient. Many details for comfort amenities available, convenient location for easy and walkable site seeing, easy check-in with detailed instructions, and very accommodating and helpful host! We had the most amazing three night stay here. It was such a beautiful apartment with spectacular views. We felt right at home and honestly, didn’t want to leave. Some good hikes right behind the apartment too but a car is still a must to travel around the area. Giulio was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and had a lot of local recommendations. It was a public holiday / long weekend when we visited so cooked all our meals with ease in the kitchen. Will be returning !!

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Check in war bei uns nach Rücksprache auch etwas früher möglich. Toller Aufenthalt - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable and peaceful Airbnb! The space was very clean, tastefully decorated, and felt incredibly calming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The fresh air and quiet surroundings made it even more enjoyable. Our host was fantastic—super responsive and kind, replying to messages immediately and making sure we had everything we needed. One of the sweetest touches was the little gift they left for our dog, which absolutely made our day. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly escape with top-notch service. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nous n'avons pas rencontré Flavio ni Moira mais la communication avec eux était simple et réactive. Nous avons été accueilli par Susanna, qui travaille tout près et qui est adorable. Le logement était très bien et tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Le quartier est à la fois calme, pas trop touristique, et à la fois vivant, avec tous les services à proximité, et très central dans Venise. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise en famille ! Le logement était très confortable et idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Tout était pensé pour notre confort : il y avait même des produits de base comme de la lessive, etc. ce qui est très pratique. Nous voyagions avec des enfants et un bébé, et tout était prévu pour eux : un petit lit, une chaise haute… vraiment parfait ! L’hôte nous a également donné d’excellents conseils pour les restaurants. Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation !
