Ivan was incredibly proactive in supplying information about the apartment and responding almost immediately to our inquiries. The apartment was very easy to access with the keypad codes provided well in advance of our arrival. The location was incredible, close to restaurants, beautiful squares and shopping. We found the apartment to be very clean and quiet. I wish we had more than one night that we could've spent in Padua, especially since Ivan's apartment felt like home! Wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful city!

The beautiful Gatekeepers Lodge is classically Italian. We loved all the footpaths from the house and big walks and cycles in spectacular nearby hills. There is easy access to local cities by train - we went to Verona, Trento, Padova and Vicenza. Lake Garda is easily accessible, Salo and Bardolino were highlights. Every night at 7.30 the bells of the local church play a magical little tune. We listened while having a glass of wine in the vineyard whenever possible. We bought great vegetables in local markets - local restaurants are not very good for vegetarians. We stayed for 4 weeks and the time flew. Thank you very much Ludovico.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They also gave some great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay!

Fabulous apartment. Very clean with comfortable bed, hot water, plenty of towels, all kitchen facilities needed for basic meals. The apartment is on the second floor which makes it feel very safe, and there is a small lift. It is a great location, easy to walk to the old town with all the squares, shops and restaurants you could need. We got a taxi from Padova station for 10 euros but Elena gave very helpful information on how to get a bus or tram. Ideal place to stay for a long weekend to explore Padova and take a train straight to Venice if you wanted to. Elena is an extremely helpful host. Very proactive with her messages and quick to reply to any questions i had. Thoroughly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren absolute Highlights – perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt umso angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind traumhaft – ruhig und idyllisch. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war top: sehr schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten auf alle Fragen. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

A 2 minuti reali , a piedi dal centro . vicino a un pub , un tabacchi un bar e un Super , cioè a tutto. zona tranquillissima anche se a ridosso del centro storico. facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Alloggio Ottimo x una toccata e fuga in città per 1-2 persone. In fine Host Gentilissimo.

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Elisa was a wonderful host. Not only did Elisa help in recommending sights to visit but she also included pamphlets in her air bnb to help with deciding where to go. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. The view of Salò from the kitchen is to die for, it was truly stunning eating dinner, sipping Elisa’s welcoming gift of Prosecco and looking across at the lake and beautiful mountainside. The rooms were cute and cozy and that’s always a huge plus for me when I’m away from home for long periods. If you ever do get a chance to stay here, make sure you take Elisa’s advice and take the drive up and along the lakeside, it just becomes so exquisite. Grazie mille, Elisa.
