cosa dire, dire che siamo stati bene è poco. post a dir poco meraviglioso in mezz alla natura tra galline e asinelli, spettacolare. la stanza è molto carina curata nei minimi dettagli a parer mio. la piscina non ha prole per descriverla assolutamente bellissima, filo con il paesaggio e quando il sole tramonta la vista è fiabesca. e infine devo lasciare delle parole per i proprietari Luca, Anna e Michele...che dire di loro ti fanno sentire a casa in ogni senso, siamo stati a pranzo li e sembrava che ci fosse mia mamma a cucinare ma poi il livello di amicizia...che dire, di post del genere ce ne sono veramente pochi nel mondo e soprattutto d persone speciali e socievoli come loro ancora meno e siamo stati veramente contenti di essere venuti a conoscenza di quest posto. SIETE MERAVIGLIOSI! Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio

Helt perfekt til store familier/flere familier Huset har ligesom 3 afdelinger med eget badeværelse Køkkenet er meget veludstyret, og det en fornøjelse at bruge den udendørs pizza ovn Værterne er hurtigt til at svare, og Carlo viseværten var hurtig til at hjælpe med småproblemer

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Un petit paradis sur terre. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour incroyable dans la dépendance de Giorgia. Si vous recherchez un lieu calme et paisible, perdu au milieu de la nature à seulement 30 minutes de Rome, c’est le logement qu’il vous faut. La vue et la piscine privée complètent le charme d’une maisonnette propre et bien équipée. Si en plus de ça vous êtes des amoureux des animaux, vous serez vraiment comblés avec des chats aussi mignons qu’affectueux, un âne, un cheval et des chiens qui rendent l’expérience encore plus inoubliable. On reviendra, c’est sûr !

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktionierte sehr gut. Es wurde schnell auf Anfragen von uns reagiert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden dort. Direkt vor der Unterkunft finden sich gute Möglichkeiten zum spazieren mit den Hunden. Die U-Bahnstation Rebibbia ist in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und man kann sehr günstig (circa 1,5 - 2 Euro pro Tag) überdacht parken.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

My friend and I spent a few days at David and Claudia’s place. It was heaven. The little house was equipped with everything you could possibly need and although it is centrally located in Bracciano it was so peaceful. Everything was in walking distance great restaurants train station etc. lovely little town. But … it was David and Claudia that made the stay really special they were the nicest hosts we have ever met on our air bnb travels, nothing was too much trouble they were absolutely lovely. If you are coming to Bracciano this place should be top of your list.

We had a wonderful time in the house, which offers everything you need for a short vacation. The hospitality of Adriana and her husband deserves special mention. They were always there to help us with their open and warm-hearted manner and also helped us with various problems. You are not only wonderful hosts, but really amazing, lovely people... please stay as you are! We traveled without a car, which we may have underestimated at times, but there are regular buses to centro di Lido Ostia (beach & harbor) and from there you can also easily get to the Roman city center. So it's just the right distance for day trips of all kind. We would like to thank you for everything, highly recommend the place and would love to come back one day.

Everything went great. Our host was great and took care about our transport from airport to the apartment. The apartment has everything and it is very well equipt. Metro station is 10min walk from the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone.

La casa está en un estupendo lugar para descansar. Y todo está cerca, el centro de Roma, el Vaticano, el aeropuerto… Muchas gracias por todo.

Sabiny dom jest zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Blisko jest komunikacja zbiorowa [metro, autobus, tramwaj]. W pobliżu jest wiele sklepów, restauracji, barów. Mimo tego jest spokojnie. Dom jest wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet w pakiet artykułów higienicznych których być może zapomniałeś zabrać ze sobą. Dom Sabiny jest bardzo przestronny, jednocześnie przytulny, idealny dla rodziny. Posiada wewnętrzny taras na którym codziennie jedliśmy śniadanie. Zdjęcia przedstawiają rzeczywisty stan domu. Każdy znajdzie kąt dla siebie, ale także wspólną przestrzeń do spotkań. Sabina przywitała nas osobiście i oprowadziła po całym domu, wszystko wyjaśniła, dała wskazówki. Jest bardzo przyjazna i komunikatywna. Zrobiła nawet pierwsze zakupy. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia. Bardzo dobra baza do zwiedzania Rzymu jak i również okolic.

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

The place is super amazing. And the host too, very attentive, kind and responsive. The only thing is that you would need a car to go to Rome. By public transport would be needed at least 3 different transports. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa per due giorni, e non posso che raccomandarla vivamente! La posizione era perfetta, vicino a aeroporto e mezzi di trasporto pubblici, in 20 minuti sei al centro di Roma. La signora Ersilia è stata estremamente disponibile e cordiale, fornendo consigli utili sui luoghi da visitare e le migliori esperienze locali.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!
