Abitazione progettata per accogliere anche gli amici più fedeli dell'uomo...i cani, che possono correre liberi nel giardino tutto recintato di oltre 2000 mq con parcheggio. In 15 minuti possiamo raggiungere Lucca e poco dopo Pisa e la Versilia. In 40 minuti si arriva a Firenze....e poi Siena, Poggibonsi, Volterra, San Gimignano. A 300 mt passa la Via Francigena. Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.
