Boat vacation rentals in Cascade Range

Having the option of staying on a sailboat in a marina was absolutely wonderful since we were able to have views of the beautiful lake and 360° views of the hills in the area! The location was perfect and could’ve been within a good walk to town, although it was too hot to walk when we were there. The marina was quiet, but picked up a bit Friday afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed the clubhouse, which has a nice under covered seating area that made it a great respite from the heat. The bathrooms & showers were clean and the Harbormaster, Mark was very nice. There was a bit of confusion on the time when we arrived to check in. Chuck asked our ETA which I provided and we arrived a few minutes before then. I did not text when we arrived since I had already given our ETA, so we did wait around for a bit for him, but I think he thought we were going to text when we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal because we were enjoying the scenery in the area. We really enjoyed ourselves there!

This place was the best!!! Super cute inside, I wanted to stay forever. I took a shower in the outdoor shower in light rain and felt reborn.

No TV or stove but was okay with microwave and hotplate provided. Everything was very clean and easy to follow directions were provided. I enjoyed sitting outside on the rear deck in early morning and at sunset. Very quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed every single moment on the Riverboat. We were celebrating our anniversary and while we shared that with Paige, we had no clue about the surprise in our room! There were rose petals on the bed, jazz playing and a bucket of champagne on ice along with a small bag of chocolates. What a treat! The window opens up to the fresh air of the marina with a beautiful view of the Yaquina bridge. After pouring a glass of bubbly we made our way up to the salon just in time for happy hour. A lovely array of cheeses, nuts, meats and fruit were laid out along with several beverage options. A simple cocktail is offered as well. We made our way up to what I called the “crows nest”. While it wasn’t the highest point of the boat, it’s the one with the most expansive view. Supplied with binoculars- we enjoyed this room the most- watching birds and awaiting the sunset. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious omelette before we checked out. We’ll stay here again and again! Can’t wait until winter!

What an amazing experience. We had a great night in the aft room of the boat. It was cute and quite cozy. We enjoyed seeing the ferry coming and going and watching the stars from the deck at night. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It made for a memorable anniversary!

Hosts Randy and Paige were simply delightful! Our stateroom was adorable, fresh and clean, reading material included, refrigerator, coffee and decorated beautifully with lots of natural light and a view of the Newport Bridge and surrounding boats in the marina! We loved every bit of the Newport Belle! Private bathroom perfectly equipped! Chef Steve’s made to order breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the kind attentive service was such a treat! The wine and appetizers provided in the evening were so generous and delicious as well. Conversations with the hosts Randy and Paige as well as the other guests was welcoming and pleasant. The Newport Belle shared spaces are spacious, full of local treasures, enjoyable soft music and quaint options for enjoying a beverage including an outdoor patio space. Awesome experience on the bay! Great setup in the galley and super comfortable sleep in the cabin!

Evan and his sweet dog Hank were very welcoming and helpful hosts. He took the time to show us the ins and outs of the boat and made sure we were 100% comfortable and familiar before settling in for the evening. We saw lots of adorable seals napping on the dock, as well as a gorgeous sunset from the bow. Our stay was very nostalgic as my family used to have a boat with an interior cabin that I played in as a kid so Evans boat brought back fond memories that were discussed over a game of cards. We stayed in the captains quarters and the bed was comfy and soft, it was surreal to be able to wake up and see the sun reflecting off the emerald green water mere inches from us. The shower in the captains quarters was actually very pleasant and left my hair feeling softer and shinier than normal so I would highly recommend that for anyone who would like to have a good hair day. We stayed on a cold winter night but were very snug and warm, especially with the cute string lights and heaters.

Our family enjoyed this mini spring break getaway. Staying on a Yacht was such a neat experience. We spent a lot of time taking in the view from the helm, watching the seals, otters and cranes. The beds are really comfortable and the cabin is so cozy. We also enjoyed the water bike, firepit and unique sauna. The surroundings make for great pictures. It was so easy to wander the main street of Brentwood to check out all the shops, bakery and cafes. The pub is so close and we had some fantastic meals there. Dallas is a very responsive host and I would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous experience to anyone looking for something different.

A fun and unique stay with everything you need. Wifi was strong, complimentary snacks were delightful, and the boat is simply a gem. The (stern) bed was incredibly comfortable! The designated parking space was also much appreciated.

This was a great experience! Had an amazing time. Wish the weather had been better so we could have gone for a sail, so will have to come back in the summer to try it!
