Monthly Rentals in Cartagena

I stayed with Maritza for 5 weeks and I enjoyed every moment. Maritza and her entire team are super responsive. Anytime I had a question I could count on a reply within 10 minutes or less. The apartment is centrally located to all the attractions Cartagena has to offer and the beach is just a couple blocks away. However, what I enjoyed the most is the location of Maritza's property. It's on the border of where Torices meets Marbella. So you're only a couple hundred feet from where all the tourists and restaurants are but still in a very authentic neighborhood. The street the apartment is on is peaceful and the building has front door security. The pictures of the listing are very accurate. There's an in unit washer/dryer along with smart TVs, 2 full sized bathrooms and a kitchen with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. I recommend this listing to anyone who's visiting CTG and looking for a reputable host. I'm always returning to Cartagena and love to stay with Maritza again.

This listing is great! Very well equipped with kitchen supplies, in-unit laundry, comfortable linen, and beach towels. The host is very responsive and helpful. The air conditioning is great (a must in Cartagena!). I would definitely recommend this place. There is also a 24/7 doorman which helps with safety. Only thing to note is that there is no elevator (one flight of stairs) so if you have mobility issues it should be considered, and the upstairs has a lower ceiling though it was not bothersome (I’m 6ft).

Wooow so many things to say, but in short: Miguel was very kind, helpful and helped me a lot with the tours I wanted to do, I am extremely grateful for the service, he was super attentive, always attentive to my arrival, the apartment with a beautiful view, I recommend them 🫶🏻
