Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Carroll County

This place was perfect for our purposes, which were a family friendly/dog friendly place to stay between Canton and Homeworth. The backyard was very secure for our dog and there was a play area set up in the basement for kids. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials for cooking and the bathroom had a nice basket of travel toiletries if you’d forgotten anything. Bed was very soft and comfortable. We had a great stay and would book again.

Tony's place was very clean and comfortable. The house was just as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The house is in a great location if you are visiting the Amish country. The drive to Millersburg and Berlin is beautiful and close. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to pick up some snacks and deli items at the local Amish grocery. Tony was a great host with providing water, snacks and coffee; he even had decaf coffee! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

My daughter is a student at Franciscan University, and we were in town to spend Easter with her. Philip's place was an easy walk to campus and the perfect place for us to gather as a family. The house was clean and comfortable, all amenities were as advertised, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essential cookware for some easy home-cooked meals. There was a nice assortment of complimentary coffee for the Keurig, which we enjoyed drinking on the backyard deck, enjoying the peace and calm of the early morning. We'd definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful home, one that I would gladly stay in again. Besides a few minor issues with light switches in the rooms, everything else was smooth and comfortable. Plenty of space, way more than I expected to be honest. The host was so friendly and quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. Overall, a really great stay.

Lots of charm in a great location! Steve was very responsive and helpful when we arrived and the home is as described. Had everything we needed and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Would gladly stay again.

Kendra is friendly and a very quick responder when messaged. She was very flexible when we asked for a later checkout time. Kendra‘s house is the nicest house on the block. It is a super convenient location just 10 minutes or less to the university and lots of restaurants in the area. The towels were soft, clean, and fresh. The shower head was amazing. The house was cozy and clean. The on-street parking is really tight and the one way street very narrow so we were not always to park directly in front of the house. There’s no off street parking except a very steep rough driveway in the back which we did not attempt to use because it was rainy and we didn’t want to get stuck. Overall, it was a great value and a pleasant stay.

This place was perfect for our family Easter gathering/dinner. Not only is the kitchen stocked with cookware, etc but the kitchen table expanded to fit all 8 of us very comfortably. Also my granddaughter and her dog loved running around the backyard and doing several Easter egg hunts. The basement has so many items for adult activity including pool, darts, air hockey and foosball, as well as several games. Although we didn’t really venture outside the property, it is conveniently located near the Hall of Fame, restaurants and shops. Would definitely love to stay again when we travel from Massachusetts to visit our daughter and her family.

We had a great weekend away at a beautiful location! The house was comfortable and had all the amenities it listed and more. We were able to go out and shop all day and then come back and cook in the large kitchen! It is truly where we spent most of our time! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We loved the fire pit out back and appreciated the amount of wood that the house had! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny’s lake house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and barbecuing. We chose this home because of the first floor bedroom and bathroom and one step to enter as my 94 year old grandmother stayed with us. Doorways were all wide enough to accommodate her rollator walker. We loved being able to cook and bake together in the well stocked kitchen. Sunny responds quickly to inquiries and provided updates. We did not use the recreation room in the basement or pool/ hot tub but can see that these would be great for other groups staying here. Lastly, mattresses were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

I love this place. I definitely will go back. No one‘s around all this land you can walk. It was just wonderful place to stay

I have stayed at many an Airbnb for various reasons; leisure, conference, anniversaries, etc., and William's place was by far one of the best value homes I have stayed in. I feared that the pictures were too good to be true, but was pleasantly surprised when the house lived up to expectations. On top of the beautiful space indoors and out, the responsiveness for every question we had was next-level, and what really set this place apart. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering the area.

We had a great stay while taking a quick trip to visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame in nearby Canton. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the home had a unique combination of older home quality/charm and modern amenities, including an amazing master bath suite. We made great use of the fire pit in the back, which has wood provided on hand. The surrounding community was peaceful, but had ready access to all stores, restaurants, etc., that you'd want in the area.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

This home was gorgeous in the middle of nature, laying in the hot tub looking out over the trees and fields was so relaxing and listening to the birds and even the rain didn’t ruin anything for us. Indoor patio was nice while it was raining if we didn’t feel like being out in it but was able to open the windows and get that open air feeling. Very abundant wildlife but only about 20-30 minutes out from Canton so you’re in the middle of nature but not so far gone you couldn’t go do anything if you wanted to. Would suggest to anyone looking to unplug.

The lay out of this home was cozy, comfortable, and peaceful. everything you could possibly need and then some. Every detail was thought of. The two living room options were nice. We had a cozy fire. The kitchen was fully equiped. They were pet friendly and we felt comfortable knowing they were animal people that understand the importance of being able to travel with pets. Wonderful stay. Great getaway to disconnect.

Really comfortable home, right by the lake. The house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and nice farmhouse-coastal decor. It was stocked with plenty of coffee, snacks, towels, and extra toiletries. We ate at the marina restaurant just down the road, which was delightful and had pretty Lake views. Highly recommend this spot!

I helped organize a men's retreat for the Pittsburgh-area church I am a member of. Even though the weather was wet and rainy, during our 3-night stay we had access to a game room in the basement and to a nearby recreation hall when we played ping-pong and cornhole toss. The areas were nice and clean, and maybe it was the spring weather, but there were no overpowering barnyard smells! Oh yeah, and it was fun feeding the goats. I figured that our 12 guys who were there stayed there for $25/night (plus the food we had to buy.) A Red Roof Inn or Motel 6 would be a lot more than that without the recreational facilities! And when the weather is nice, there are two fishing ponds and hiking trails. Martha will deal with you fair and square, take that to the bank.

We had a great stay while in town for a wedding at Bella Amore. Quick and easy to get to the venue. I was worried it would get cold being there on a very cold January weekend but the propane heater actually had to be turned down in the middle of the night it worked so well.

If you are looking for a nice peaceful stay with all the amenities this is the place for you! Cozy place near the lake with a friendly host.

Pictures don’t do the house and property justice, it’s more beautiful in person. Sandy was very helpful, flexible, and kind. I would definitely stay again!
