Monthly Rentals in Carpesa

We did not meet Marien personally but she was always very helpful both at check-in and in the requests made by us. I highly recommend both for the quiet area and for the distance from the center and the space available in the apartment. There were 6 of us with small children and everything was very easy to get around. Perfect house, spacious and clean, suitable for the family. Thank you for early check-in. We hope to return.

Very nice flat with lots of beautiful plants and a great little terrace. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking. Jochem was extremely helpful and reactive whenever we contacted him. It`s only a few minutes walk to supermarkets and the metro (15 min into the city centre). Parking was at times a bit hard to find. As the 2 bedrooms and bathroom have an opening in the upper bit of the wall near the ceiling, the flat is not very soundproof. As we travelled as a family, this did not bother us but it might be less convenient for other travellers. We enjoyed our stay, thank you very much, Jochem:-)

Raquel’s loft was really spectacular, all my friends were jealous when they saw the photos. And yes, it’s exactly like the pictures. The huge windows are amazing, and in the distance you can see the blue of the Mediterranean. The area is great, a short walk to groceries, restaurants and a very nice shopping center. If you have a bike, the beach is an easy 20 minute ride away, and most everything in town is 10-20 minutes away by bike. If you like soccer, you can go next door and catch a Levante UD game, so cool! The loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Raquel is an exceptional host. She is very quick to reply if you have any questions. She is kind and very nice and really cares about her guests. Literally there’s nothing negative to say about the loft! An interesting fact, Raquel painted some of the murals in the apartment. Also, she has a post card rack that I was sorry that I didn’t take any postcards from my home town to add to.

Communication with Rebecca in advance was very good. The journey was worth it. We were so warmly welcomed and the tip for the way into the city came the very next morning. Valencia is really worth a trip and to the Las Fallas anyway. It is really highly recommended. The apartment is very quiet after the events, a real treasure.
