Everything was fine! We had a nice place to stay in a great place to stay. The only inconvenience is that the occupancy tax was not indicated in the listing.

perfect stay for week ostuni. can park car and contact with Marcello is super good and nice. The front terrace is lovely to have a glass of wine outside. kitchen is quite small, but we did not make a hot meal, so then it is fine

Nice place in a central location to explore Puglia. Erasmina is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need. The roof terrace is an additional highlight.

Emanuela is very friendly and has planned small appreciable touches. Very well-decorated, clean, very nice exterior: matches the photos. Easy access, parking close by. The location is convenient, close to amenities and the beach. Only small downside: the sound insulation between the 2 apartments. A very nice stay thank you!

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

A very charming place to stay with everything you need and a super friendly host

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Wonderful stay in a lost paradise of the Itria Valley! I had studied several options and this one was the best for the extremely central location, 10 minutes from Ostuni, and within reasonable distance of the main sights. This small house in the middle of nature has a great charm. While it must be perfect in summer, it is also perfect in winter, thanks to the wood stove that allows you to live around a real fireplace. It's a bit rustic (you have to relight the fire in the morning when you wake up), but it's exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to the kindness of James (who took care of buying the wood for us), we were able to enjoy his home in the best conditions. Very well-equipped house. So I would highly recommend it!

Highly recommend this villa. The house was really comfortable for our two families and had everything we needed for our stay. The house has a large garden with the olive and fruit trees, and a very spacious outdoor area to eat and entertain. The house is also very close to the town, supermarkets, etc.

We were very excited about the apartment. Were afraid that everything had sounded too positive, but it is really fantastic. It is super big and clean and everything has really been thought of. I forgot my charger, but that was also thought of. Tatiana is very helpful and responds immediately if you have any questions. The apartment is close to the station, so we could take the train to all kinds of places. All in all, it's more recommended!

The house is very nice, with a big garden and swimming pool. it is located on the road that goes to Alberobella. The host is pleasant, he welcomed us well and gave some local tips. He brought us extra charcoal for grilling. The house is big enough for 8 people. The upstairs bathroom and kitchen were a bit lackingly cleaned, everything else was super clean. If we come back, we would love to stay in this house.

The place is very nice, the house is spacious and comfortable. They didn't respect our parking space. Easy access and arrival to the village where there are markets, and shops in general. We were able to enjoy the cherry festival.

The apartment is close enough for easy walk to Ostuni center, but still in tranquil location. The roof terrace was very nice to sit after day out. The apartment is just like the description and the photos show. Just if you feel yourself somehow glumsy notice the narrow steps in the photos. Gaetano answered without any delay and made us feel ourselves very welcome. Warm recommendation.

We absolutely loved staying here- Ludovica could not have done more for us. She was so accommodating and quick to reply and offer help. The only downside is the small room with low ceilings - we didn’t realize how low the ceilings was. My friend that is 5.1” could not stand up - but, we made it work! Place was great and perfect location - would definitely stay here again

This apartment is located in a sleepy, seaside town. With a beautiful terrace overlooking the port and the locals walking about and playing cards. The apartment was sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable, the air conditioners blow cold if you need it. The kitchen/ living are is smaller than expected and the furniture is really patio furniture. Still, would stay here again because the location is perfect.

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and well equipped. The pool exceeded our expectations - it was remodeled in May 2024 - and has a plateau area perfect for our little daughter to spend time with us in the pool. Peter and his wife are great hosts! We would love to come back.

As described, very clean accommodation in a beautiful environment, close to several sites to visit, Anna Mina is very welcoming and also makes the effort to speak French. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike. We would absolutely recommend Andrea’s apartment and Conversano to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Puglian getaway. Thank you, Andrea, for such a wonderful stay!

Claudio’s place was wonderful. Claudio is a warm and caring person. He did everything he could to make us comfortable. His place is in a great location, close to the train station and the water. We allowed staying there. Highest recommendations.

Francesco is a very welcoming and available host if you need him. The neighbors are very friendly. If the accommodation is quiet with the windows closed, the environment is noisy with a very busy road. This apartment has parking, which is very nice. Namely, the kitchen equipment is very minimalist. The historic center is a 10-minute walk away, which is great. I highly recommend this listing!
