Very good place to stay if you are looking for personal space and not sharing common places. Good kitchen, living room for living, comfortable terrace to rest after a good surf. Spacious spaces like the bathroom and room. Walking to Playa Carmen and different restaurants in the area.

This place is nice and a good location. The hill/road is difficult and you need a good vehicle. Their was construction across the road but other then that it was good. Thanks.

Very nice place, very clean. No outside noise to wake us up during the night, which means the place was well soundproof! loved the location, central and close to everything!

Luis was one of our favourite things about Santa Teresa! He was so kind to us and made us really comfortable and at home. First he let us checkin early after a bad Airbnb experience elsewhere. His place is amazing, so peaceful and with a beautiful garden. We could do our laundry and everything was always kept really nice and clean. Throughout our stay Louis helped us so much, he showed us wildlife, explained about local culture when we brought home some strange fruit! He immediately sorted any problems eg fixing our safe, helped us with travel plans. The room was so nice and we had a little kitchen so we could make coffee and sit on the balcony to watch humming birds in the morning. The location is also great for surfing, gym, restaurants etc but very quiet and peaceful as you’re away from the road. We also appreciated his efforts to look after nature - he provided biodegradable shampoo etc and reuses the water. Can’t recommend this place enough. We feel very lucky to have stayed here.
