Beachfront vacation rentals in Carlyon Bay

Really lovely stay at the beach bungalow. Parking for two cars. Dog friendly. Dishwasher was invaluable (tablets provided!). Two bathrooms! Huge lounge with conservatory and great views. Outside shower facilities. All good. No complaints. One suggestion - soft close toilet seat in main bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Philip

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze! Mike was incredibly flexible and so friendly. The apartment was super clean and very cosy - wonderful views across the beach to top it off!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia’s apartment. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location overlooking the golf course and beach. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, and really nicely laid out, exactly as described. Nice touches like fluffy towels and welcome biscuits - thank you! 🙏 Fistral Beach is stunning and Newquay is full of good restaurants. Free parking overnight in close proximity to the apartment. Julia is a very responsive and communicative host and nothing was a bother. Highly recommended all round.

We’ve had a lovely bank holiday weekend .. great bungalow a minutes walk from the beach and town. Was lovely and quiet which is what we wanted. Kids had a lovely time playing in the garden too! We shall return! Thank you again! X

This was our second time at Dominque’s place, and our fourth time visiting Porthtowan (where we love!) and we enjoyed our stay so much again. Perfect for our dog, and easy walk down to Porthtowan. We had a wonderful weekend in Russels stunning apartment. The views are to die for, we didn’t want to leave! A really great location with lovely restaurants, right in the heart of Cawsand but really quiet once in the apartment. It was clean, comfy beds, really well equipped and very spacious. Lots of lovely walks nearby too, our dog loved it. Russell was helpful with great local recommendations too and very responsive. We will absolutely be back!

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

I booked this as a surprise birthday get away for my wife and our two young children and it was the most perfect place I could have ever imagined. The view from the balcony is incredible, especially the sun rise (thanks to my youngest we never missed) is something worth waking up for. The entire house was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! Mel gave very detailed instructions on how to find the home, as well as some fantastic local recommendations. Excellent communication right up to the booking and was very helpful with extras for the kids! The beach is only a short downhill walk away, even quicker if you jump in the pushchair with the kids. The beach is quite small but was perfect for us. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Cornish getaway and would definitely book again!

What a fabulous find! Superbly located between beach and town, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, this is the perfect spot for a couple to while away a few days in Falmouth and surrounding areas. Excellent host made communication easy and approachable. Benefited from spa resort next door and short walk to Gilly Beach for drinks during sunset. Really comfortable bed and lots of little touches in the apartment that made it stand out from the norm. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

It was so lovely to arrive ,open the door and be wowed by the place , it was comfortable and clean and Susanne had left some nice treatsfor us .she was available to contact for any questions and very friendly ,i would definately recomend her

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Anna’s ‘Surf Shack’ is a great place to stay. It absolutely suited our needs and was just what we were after. Enjoyed by the whole family. The last day we had a chill out day. We spent a few hours in Perranporth then returned to the caravan to head down to the beach. Having chairs, windbreak, buckets & spades etc made it so much more convenient. Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

Incredibly friendly, kind and responsive hosts. Lovely family feel. Building has a lot of character and great facilities. Short walk to a beautiful beach. What more could you ask for? Strongly recommend!

We were visiting Perranporth to visit family who lived locally. The property was ideal . The kitchen was well equipped with double oven, fridge & freezer dishwasher etc. A lovely dining room, comfortable lounge and the conservatory provided magnificent views across the village and bay to the golf course opposite. There were also tables and chairs strategically situated in the garden to take advantage of the sun as well as proving good viewing points. For anyone wishing to park up and use local transport the bus stop for busses to Newquay and Truro were a few steps away. The village with cafes, pubs and beach on the doorstep. Miranda provided excellent information regarding location of the premises , how t access the property and making use of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the house.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

A great stay away to celebrate new year with Husband after a busy Christmas week with family and friends. great access to walking and beautiful views. Accommodation warm. cosy and had everything we needed. Very clean and everything in great working order.

We have just got home after 4 amazing days at No Egrets; we could not fault anything, just wish we could stay longer! Iveta’s home was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and so beautiful, the view was breathtaking and just a short stroll down to the dog friendly Perranporth beach. Iveta left really clear instructions & her communication was fantastic from day one. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to book here, it was so good we are looking at booking for my mums 60th next year! Thank you so much for making a special weekend even more memorable by providing such a beautiful home to guests!

Perfect location. Private but with everything you need a short drive away. Beautiful apartment. Very good facilities and slept like a log. Was lovely to sit listening to the waves. Be careful when driving to the apartments as there are beautiful deer and i got some amazing photographs of them. I would definitely go back and would not hesitate recommending the apartment.

Just back from an apartment in Newquay ‘ stunning sea view from Island View in Porth beach air b/b : Nigel was a great host throughout our stay ( only a telephone call away) Apartment was spotlee to a very high spec: Allocated parking space throughout stay : Beautiful walks along the coastline and never enough time to appreciate the areas beauty. Ample entertainment for children’s activities. Highly recommend. This for a lovely stay. Victor

Wonderful location with great views over the sea and a woodland to the back. Very cosy, warm and well-appointed property with everything you could need (including plenty of torches for navigating outside at night!). Tamsin was a friendly, responsive host who left helpful and clear instructions. We brought our greyhound and found the bungalow and the village very dog friendly. Great pub and cafes right by the beach!
