Monthly Rentals in Carlton

The apartment was perfect. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again. We particularly appreciated having a mix of soft and firm pillow so we could choose the perfect one, and very clear instructions for entering.

We loved our stay here and the hosts Jared and Kristy were lovely and very responsive! Studio was nice, cozy and clean. It was more spacious than we expected for the 3 of us. Weather was freezing in Melb and a heater was also kindly set up for us. Location is fantastic, in front of the beautiful Carlton Gardens and easily walkable to the city and surrounding suburbs (e.g. Fitzroy). We left our car in the car park and walked everywhere we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (also appreciated the recommendations by the hosts). Apartment complex is very secure (incl. car park). We'd like stay here when we visit Melb again in the near future.

Spotless and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Large apartment and balcony, huge tv and a very comfortable couch and bed. This is a great neighborhood with lots of excellent restaurants and unique shops. A special note to the hosts who were quick to respond to questions and very friendly. A highly recommended stay.

The place was so perfect, the view from the room was beautiful! I can’t wait to come back and visit. Karen was a great host and was super responsive ❤️
