Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Carloforte

Arrivée sans problème Mattia nous attendait et nous a fait visiter l’appartement avec les explications. Mattia est un jeune propriétaire qui cherche à faire mieux pour mieux recevoir ses hôtes. À notre départ il était présent et a souhaité que nous lui fassions des remarques. Toujours disponible et attentif il n’a pas été nécessaire de le contacter. Beaucoup de visites possibles alentour si l’on est curieux. Bref un séjour sympa.

Appartement très confortable et fonctionnel, bien équipé, grand, frais, avec une immense terrasse donnant sur la nature pour les aperos et repas ! Domusnovas est une petite ville paisible super bien située pour visiter le sud ouest de la Sardaigne. Plein de sites magnifiques et très intéressants à 40 minutes autour y compris Cagliari. Sébastiano est un hote très agréable, gentil et accueillant. de quoi passer un très agréable moment.

We absolutely loved this magnificent house. It’s a vast, airy former monastery on a hill a short walk into Iglesias, which is a charming town. The house is well furnished, peaceful and comfortable. It was a steamy August when we were there but the hillside location meant no mosquitoes. There are gorgeous beaches about 20-30 mins drive away and lots to explore locally. Guglielmo is a great host. We had a fantastic holiday, the house is a winner and we highly recommend it.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Wonderful home on two floors with a lovely private garden all around. Located in a very quiet area at the foot of a hill (it's a 10 minute drive from Carloforte's city center), the place is spacious, luminous, and very well equipped with wifi, cable tv, streaming services, AC units, full-sized kitchen, a mini soccer field outside, brick barbecue, nice chairs, etc. You won't be disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pictures. You definitely need a car to reach the beaches on the island and to go downtown. Pier was super friendly, responsive and accommodating to all our requests. On our last day of stay, he even offered us breakfast at the cafeteria downtown! Will come back for sure. Highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Sehr netter zuvorkommender Gastgeber, hat beim Check i. gleich mit uns angestoßen. Unterkunft war leicht zu finden, Domenico war immer telefonisch erreichbar. Einziges Manko, die Klimaanlage/bzw. der Heizstrahler funktionierten nicht. Ansonsten nette häusliches Airbnb

Riccardos Place is great to discover the southwest of Sardinia. You can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with seaview as well. The apartment is equipped with all you could ask for a short stay. He was a very friendly and good host.

Appartement conforme à la description. Bien placé proche du port qui est très calme et d’une belle plage à 10’ à pied. Proche aussi de l’embarcadère pour san pietro, charmante petite île à 40’ en bateau . Le logement est assez sonore mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé la nuit. La dame qui nous a accueilli esttrès prévenante et agréable. Massimo est très réactif

Anna Lisa è una padrona di casa molto attenta e disponibile. Ha risposto alle mie domande prima della prenotazione e dopo, in modo preciso e veloce. La casa a noi riservata, molto carina e pulita. E, un tocco carino e gentile è stato quello di averci accolto con della frutta. Abbiamo fatto una chiacchierata e ci ha elencato diverse opzioni per la serata. Si è prodigata per noi in qualcosa che esulava il suo compito. Calasetta è carinissima, siamo stati una notte e due giorni ma ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Consigliato,

Siamo stati benissimo! I proprietari sono molto disponibili ed amichevoli e la casa è ancora più bella di quanto appaia in foto. E' una villetta situata in un area condominiale privata molto tranquilla . Dispone di 2 bagni, 2 camere e di un giardino molto bello e curato da cui si gode di un tramonto favoloso sull'isola di Carloforte ed uno stupendo cielo stellato. Nel giardino è presente un barbecue, che abbiamo sfruttato per due volte, una doccia, due poltrone, un divano ed un tavolo con sedie. La cucina è funzionale e completa di tutto. La casa l'abbiamo trovata pulitissima ed in ordine. Le camere ed in generale tutti gli spazi sono ampi e freschi. Si raggiunge comodamente la bellissima Spiaggia Grande in 5 minuti a piedi. In macchina si raggiunge il paese di Calasetta con meno di 10 e Sant'Antioco in circa 15 minuti. In massimo 30 minuti di macchina si raggiungono tutti i luoghi dell'isola. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile e soggiorneremo nuovamente con molto piacere. Grazie!

Tout etait impeccable ....pour moi en solo j'aurai preferee une vue plus eloignee sur la mer ou leve de soleil ....mais voila le quartier est tres tres tres calme tranquille et securise !!!!! Tres tres tres chouette et tees beau et nouveau ....oarking tres aise

Le logement de Paolo et sa femme correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. C’était très propre et Paolo est un hôte très sympathique. Le centre ville est tout près à pied pour les restaurants et un super marché est également accessible sans voiture. Nous recommandons ce logement. Ce fut un plaisir d’y séjourner. Merci à eux! Esperienza eccezionale, al di fuori di qualsiasi aspettativa: si vive in un museo artistico, tutto decorato a mano. Pernottamento graditissimo, se si passa in zona non si può far a meno di soggiornare in questo angolo di fantasia. Deve piacere il rosa. Ps. Mi raccomando siate rispettosi della casa poiché è veramente bella, la proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile

Que dire si ce n'est que le logement est magnifique. les plages de Porto Pino sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La communication avec Syrthe s'est très bien passé et nous avons apprécié ses recommandations forts bénéfiques. Logement mieux que les photos. On y retournera sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

Une maison idéale pour se reposer et être au calme, tout en pouvant se baigner juste en bas dans une plage sublime. Des plages très belles aussi à 10’ en voiture. Et l’isola du San Pietro et sa ville Carloforte valent vraiment le détour. Un vrai coup de cœur ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci Alessandra.

La maison est presque parfaitement équipée et nous a offert un superbe logement pour un séjour entre amis d'une semaine. Nous avons pu profiter du vaste espace extérieur notamment pour nos repas. Un merci à Debra pour sa disponibilité durant notre séjour !

Se cercate una vacanza all'insegna del relax assoluto e il contatto con la natura, Villa Clementina è l'ideale!! Posto veramente unico, la casa è ben attrezzata non manca veramente niente, dalla terrazza si ha un panorama mozzafiato con la vista sulla splendida spiaggia di Coaquaddus che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Intorno la splendida vegetazione di Lentisco, Mirto; Agavi (gigantesche) e fichi d'india, essendo la posizione leggermente in collina c'è sempre una buona ventilazione. La sera il rumore del mare rilassa e concilia il sonno... Al nostro arrivo siamo statti accolti da Riccardo e Naomi che sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie e addirittura ci hanno fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti del posto. La casa è ben tenuta e pulitissima, molto comoda per noi nonostante fossimo un gruppo di 7 adulti. Sinceramente siamo statti veramente bene! Consiglio di provare a soggiornare presso Villa Clementina è un'esperienza unica già mi manca...!!

Luigis Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum um zu entspannen und die Natur auf Sardinien zu genießen. Der riesige Garten mit 2 Pavillons, Hängematten und diversen anderen Gartenmöbeln schafft mehr als genug Platz, auch für größere Gruppen. Vor allem Die Outdoorduschen sind ein Traum - wir haben nur die genutzt. Aber das Highlight bleibt die maximal 1 Minute Fußweg entfernte Bucht. Das Wasser ist vergleichbar mit einem Swimmingpool und man ist größtenteils allein (die bucht ist zwar nicht privat aber sehr versteckt und meist nur von tauchern besucht, falls überhaupt). Ansonsten war alles sauber und so wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wurde. Der einzige minimale Kritikpunkt aus meiner Sicht ist, dass man den Stromverbrauch extra bezahlen muss. Das war zwar wirklich nicht teuer (7 Personen/7tage/50€). Nur sollte der meiner Meinung nach im Preis mit inbegriffen sein. Dennoch überwiegen die Positiven Punkte und würden diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch an einer ungeteerten Straße etwas außerhalb des Ortes, den man zu Fuß trotzdem noch erreichen kann. Vom Haus aus hat man durch die großen Panoramafenster und von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick über die schöne Landschaft bis zum Meer. Das Haus war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, modern und voll klimatisiert. Stephanie war stets erreichbar, die wenigen Probleme die während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgetreten sind (Ausfall von Strom und Wasserversorgung nach einem Sturm) wurden beeindruckend schnell behoben. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!

Wir kennen das Haus ! Seit unserem letzten Besuch hat Novella die Küche umgebaut und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bad eingerichtet! Auch die verglaste Veranda hat uns vor allem am Abend gut gefallen!! Vanna die Haushälterin hat uns bei unserer Ankunft ausgezeichnet geholfen, danach war sie durch die COVID-Erkrankung ihrer Mutter gezwungen uns auf Distanz zu begleiten! Dank Vanna‘s Hilfe finden auch meine im Haus zurück gelassenen Hörgeräte noch den Zu mir zurück, ich bin ihr sehr dankbar!! Wir werden uns bei der Ferienplanung im Herbst frühzeitig an Novella wenden für eine Reservation! Tanti saluti Marcel
