James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. Our stay was wonderful. The home was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The screened patio was nice to have.

Beautiful beach house! The layout is perfect for a large group, with spacious bedrooms and en suites, and plenty of gathering spaces. The owners have fully furnished this home inside and out! All of the indoor/outdoor seating you could desire, a fully stocked kitchen and so much more. They very generously provide tons of beach equipment to fully enjoy Captiva beach just a stone's throw down the quiet road. Perfect quiet location next to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Our stay was just what we were looking for - a beautiful location right on the beach with restaurants, activities and time to relax and recharge! Everything was ‘as seen’ on the listing and Liz is a great host - responsive and proactive!
