Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the historic center

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

I had the pleasure of staying in a really great apartment. From the entrance, the atmosphere is welcoming and attention to detail. The modern decor blends perfectly with stylish design touches, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is also modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spacious shower and soft towels. One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

Delightful, well-kept, essential place, perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing stay with their four-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for leaving dogs free, you will find a delightful garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor coffee table has allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. Just a stone's throw from the little house, a private street will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation...what to say for us , beyond expectations you will remain more than satisfied. The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well cared for in the beautician and decor. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we could need. Really well above our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring nearby by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old and it was very nice to discover new readings for him, also present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

I recommend everyone stay here. Beautiful house with everything you need for your stay. The lady was super kind, she made us find water and milk in the fridge and a super cake made by her for breakfast. Top-level cleanliness. The area is very quiet, nearby there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacies. Easy to get to the center of Perugia by car. We had a great time as if we were at home. If we were to return to Perugia, I would have no doubt: I would definitely come back here.
