Since i stayed a considerable amount of time there, i got to know Michelle quite well. My border collie, Poe also settled in quickly and found his spots for relaxing in the shade. What an absolutely stellar and extremely comfortable home. My entire family greatly enjoyed the hospitality, well appointed kitchen, fantastic outdoor space and the built in bunkbeds worked perfectly for our teens. Incredible location and visiting the nearby Farmer's Market was a definite highlight (as well as the beaches of course!). We'd love to return sometime in the future! Thank you!

Can’t say enough about the attention to detail instructions didn’t have to ask a question once. the amenities of the kayak, e bikes hot tub. lighting and that dyson heater OMG. well put together dwelling cute, intimate, very relaxing. Didn’t get to try brick pizza oven due to short stay but opportunity for next time. space was very efficiently put together with a lot of thought and attention to detail. unwinding by propane fire pit to top it off. Thank you for hosting a memorable home.

Not as isolated as I had imagined. Which turned out to be a good thing since my partner had to leave mid trip on an emergency. With the family up front and the neighbor next door, as a single female, I did not feel unsafe or alone in the woods at night. It was a lovely stay with hosts that responded quickly. Only 15 minutes to any of the nearby beaches, but hard to leave behind the serenity of the perfectly flowing (end of April) creek. So relaxing!

Joyce’s place was clean and had a really great location. We thought we were right on the Cliff so that was kind of a bummer to have a house in front of our ocean view. But the place was really nice, and very clean! The space was really cool and had great decoration. Beds were comfortable. Kids were happy. We loved playing in the hot tub and in the garden in the backyard.

We stayed at this magical treehouse cabin for my birthday weekend and it was everything we hoped for and more. Nestled among towering redwoods, the space felt peaceful, private, and full of charm. The cabin was thoughtfully designed—cozy, clean, and filled with sweet touches that made it feel special. The hot tub under the trees was an absolute dream, especially in the quiet of the early morning or under the stars at night. The surrounding forest was alive with birdsong, and we loved how connected we felt to nature while still having all the comforts we needed. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, reset, and experience the magic of the redwoods, this is it. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back.

Our family of 5 had a comfortable stay at this adorable beach home. The home is well organized and designed making it feel larger then you’d expect based on the square footage. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for some meals, rode the bikes, used the hot tub and visited the recommended spots. The beds were comfy and I’d suggest bringing slippers for the home and layers for the cooler parts of the day when the area is fogged in. It’s an older neighborhood with tight streets so we especially appreciated the parking spot. We’d stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks for being great hosts!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

Shoko was an excellent host. She was responsive, kind, and understanding. We had a massive travel delay and were very late to check in but Shoko assured us that this was not an issue and focused on us travelling safely. The home was exactly as the pictures posted and everything matched the description perfectly. It was immaculately clean and tidy, the pool was beautiful, and the area was peaceful. I would definitely come back to stay here - thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very nice location, was a wedding party visiting from Canada and the east coast. The place was within one mile of The Hayes Mansion - which is where the wedding was. Super convenient, quiet and the house itself was clean and well kept. Thanks for keeping it that way, and our party thoroughly felt comfortable and well suited. Highly recommend it for similar sized parties with kids and adults all mixed in. May be a few more entertainment options like a pool table in the garage or board games could be good additions. Thanks.

I stayed a few days in Nalin's charming home while visiting relatives in San Jose. The home had everything I needed, and was comfortable & cheerful. I especially liked the coffee table in the front room that converts to a desk. I had a big data collection project to work on while I was there, and the space was great for spreading out and getting the work done. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was especially delighted by the little lights accenting the front yard at night. The house is a short drive from shopping & restaurants. Beds were really comfy. Lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay again.

This is a very comfortable and stylish house, with 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor sitting areas. It is a short stroll to the beach where there are several restaurants and a coffee shop. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and would love another chance to stay there.

Travelled with my family of four and mother-in-law who was visiting from out of state. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was well designed, in a great, safe neighborhood with easy access to many San Jose areas, and very clean. The check-in and check-out times are pretty early/late compared to standard times but the hosts are very flexible and responsive when asking for adjustments. Great communication throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to easily walk to our seminar and cook our own meals in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a long girls weekend at Sarah’s home. It was perfect and we loved the location, how centrally located it was to Santa Cruz, Monterey, beaches and so much more. The home was cozy and all the girls said the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked along with the linen closet. We would absolutely go back again. Sarah was an amazing host.

I took my young nephews and their parents to go to Santa Cruz Boardwalk for their spring break . Rex’s house is just perfect fit for us, just like staying with a friend or relatives house , very homey, enough space for a group . We enjoyed walking to downtown and have a bite to eat and drinks for adults . Bed and linens are super comfortable. Thanks Rex
