Cottage vacation rentals in Capital Region of Denmark

We were 7 adults and one child and the house was ideal for that with 4 small rooms, a large living room where we all found good space and a beautiful garden. The sea was close and you almost had the beach to yourself and could enjoy beautiful sunsets. Communication with Ole was friendly and smooth!

Henrik's house is great, especially for families with kids. The property is great for playing. Short distances to the small harbor and the beach. Henrik was there to help and advise us. We would come back!

Janus and Trine were both very friendly and communicated the relevant information in time. The place itself was worth every penny. The garden and living room allowed for activities in bigger groups while there was also lots of space for privacy. I would recommend this place for larger groups, looking for a peaceful place to spend quality time together.

We were allowed to stay here with our 4 children and a week. Henrik was waiting for us for a friendly welcome with something tasty and short tour of the house. It all looked neat and we lacked nothing. Everything is present. The children had a good time, the hot tub and sauna were wonderful and the view was most beautiful, like a postcard. So you have to take the car for a supermarket or bakery. We really enjoyed it!

simple, easy and great spot for a getaway. the hottub takes time to get going with a lot of firewood, so make sure you've bought enough. sauna is great too. top notch.

It is a lovely place; quiet cottage at the end of a dead end road. Sea views from the hot tub You can walk to the water from the cottage. There is a supermarket nearby, 5 minutes away by car. Please note: electricity and water are charged afterwards. This experience was very worthwhile and definitely recommended! We'd love to come back too, we enjoyed it.

We had an amazing weekend in Pia's home, it was as beautiful as described! The location is amazing, close to the beach and some small shops within walking distance, and close proximity to all the beautiful towns along the coast by car. The house is small but truly have everything you need to be comfortable, and the backyard was such a dream. Our dogs loved running around playing, and it was so quiet and private despite it being in a residential area. Would absolutely come back!

We had a lovely stay at the quiet and cozy summerhouse. There is a good opportunity for excursions within short driving distance to, among other things, Liseleje with lovely beach and nature playground, Lynæs surf center, etc. Everything worked fine and smoothly around the stay. We especially enjoyed the covered terrace overlooking the fields and was visited by both pheasants, deer and squirrels 😀

Lovely and cosy summer house with amazing night sky views. Great location and easy to find. Communication and instructions with Frederik was perfect and was on hand whenever needed. Outdoor shower is a wonderful touch.

Top location. We arrived at Easter as a family of four. There remained nothing to be desired. The direct beach access, the football field directly on the adjacent meadow and the breathtaking view from the house on the fjord complete the picture. If you are looking for peace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, book here!

Great summer vacation home surrounded by nature ❤️ and yet close to public transport and many large and small attractions. The house is very large and offers a lot for a family with children. We've never come across so many toys, puzzles, and DVDs. The children (10, 8 and 5 years) loved it. It is also great that the kitchen is so well equipped and bed linens and towels are available.

We spent nearly two weeks traveling around Denmark with our 2 & 4yo- this was hands down one of our most favorite Airbnb’s. Its location is perfect- easily accessible to the beach, a quaint downtown area and the outside space of the Airbnb itself felt like such a special retreat. This home had everything we needed and it was perfectly charming- we really loved the overall design and especially enjoyed all of the beautiful artwork throughout. Frederickke was so thoughtful and kind- she answered all of our little questions and gave great recommendations! Would definitely recommend booking this gem!

The house is great! Lovingly furnished, very bright and a beautiful terrace with bbq. Around it is a large garden and then just a few steps to the sea. Everything exactly as shown in the pictures and super clean. We felt immediately comfortable. Dan and Jeremy are really great, caring hosts. Thanks a lot!

We had super nice days at the house. It is very cozy and charmingly decorated. There is everything you need. Especially the garden with raspberries, strawberries and other herbs was great. We felt very comfortable right away and can highly recommend it!

We had a lovely family holiday in Liseleje and Fillip's house was perfect for us. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, the kids loved playing in the huge garden and the location was great - just a 10 minute walk through the forest to the beach/ice cream cafe/burger bar. Filip met us to hand over the keys and was extremely helpful and friendly - the perfect host. Thanks again, Filip!

We had a good feeling about our booking right from the start due to the communication with Marianne. Marianne contacted us in advance in a very friendly manner via email. When we had questions, we always received a friendly answer in the shortest possible time. When we arrived at the place, we felt very comfortable right away. Our two children (8 and 14 years) were also very enthusiastic. The house has excellent beach proximity (felt like less than a two-minute walk) and has a very large garden. There is also a fire pit and a campfire area that we made good use of. If you are looking for peace and quiet and still want to use a short walk to shops (about 5 to 10 minutes by car to Stege), this is the place to be in our view. The beds are a bit small, but I had no difficulty sleeping with my height of 185 cm. Our conclusion: We would book with Marianne again anytime.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Tina's house. Everything is lovingly and cuddly furnished. The surroundings are quiet. The way to the beach is short and also there we had a great time. Thanks for having us!❤️

Very very nice house, we immediately felt comfortable:) Our kids also loved it and had plenty of play opportunities there. Thomas and his family were very nice and helpful hosts. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the time in this beautiful, bright summer house. The garden is magnificent with views over the fields and many different seating options depending on the sun and shade desires. Our children especially enjoyed the various indoor and outdoor toys, football goals, trampoline as well as the delicious blackberries and blueberries in the garden. The contact with Brian and Matilde was very nice and helpful.

We had a good stay in the cozy summer house of Mette and Jørn. The two hosts were on site at check-in and check-out and met us very friendly and helpful. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen and living and dining area offer plenty of space for cooking and cozy lingering. When the weather is nice you can eat on the terrace and use the large garden. The summer house is located in the forest and is near a very pretty village with a great beach. By car, you can quickly get to Copenhagen for a day trip. Thank you for the wonderful holiday!
