Cozy and well-appointed year-round summerhouse

Private and cozy holiday home on the north coast of Zealand close to Liseleje and Hundested. Big house and lots of land with all the essentials. Close to beach, eco village, train station and shopping. Dog place and Liseleje are within bike distance and both cities offer great restaurants, plenty of shopping opportunities, fresh fish and cunning specialty shops. In Hundested the harbour is a wonderful mix of diligent boat builders, black-handed blacksmiths, tired fishermen who clean nets, artists with paint on their hands, etc.

The house is a 10 min drive from the ferry. Suitable for families. No parties. 6 beds in main house and 4 beds in annex. The house is most suitable for 6-8 people. Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. The old "Stable" is beautifully situated and at the same time close to Gilleleje town and Dronningmølle child-friendly sandy beach. The rustic walls, the bedroom with the old barn door, large family room with wood stove and kitchen as well as toilet and shower form the framework for a lovely holiday home. There is underfloor heating in the toilet and shower. There is a terrace with table, chairs and gas grill. There is free parking in the courtyard
