Cabin vacation rentals in Capital Region of Denmark

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, plenty of room for all of us, we were 5 people and 1 dog. The house was well decorated, clean and just a lovely place to be. Outside there was also a lovely terrace and garden.

We spent the days over New Year's Eve at Arne's place. The house invites you to spend time there together with good friends over games and fireplace. If necessary, the hot tub or sauna can be used or relaxed there as well. The accommodation can be heated well via the oven in the living room, otherwise electric radiators are available in every room. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Very nice little cozy summerhouse. Elizabeth was very accommodating and helpful from the first second. Everything just worked and my kids were very excited about the house, especially the smallest in 7 years loved the toys and the garden. We didn't use the wilderness bath as it wasn't stocked, probably due to late booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It's big and spacious with good views of the fjord. The house is in good condition and the kitchen and bathrooms are working as it should. In addition, the host is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly.

Really nice vacation home suitable for a large family. The place was nice and clean when we arrived and instructions from Allan were super clear! Allan was also super friendly and proactive in his communication with us. Can highly recommend staying here.

Very nice cottage where we enjoyed staying. We travelled with our 1.5y old daughter and found the place very child-friendly. Wonderful garden with lots of blackberries, raspberries and apples.

Had the most wonderful days in Eva's 'cabin' - perfect for a get-away with the opportunity to get out into nature, while there was ample opportunity to look at the city's specialty shops, shop and walk to the bakery - in addition, the place was easily accessible with the public. Eva is a nice and warm creature who provided great input for what was to experience in the local area - we would love to come back another time! ☀️

A huge and well-functioning summerhouse with reasonable walking distance to the beach. We were only two people, so we chose not to use two of the bedrooms and the hugely large new bathroom at all. The only downside is that the neighbors as the only place are very close by. Now there were almost no people when we visited in November, so no problem. Laila was very accommodating when we had mistaken the check out time.

Anne-Sofie's place is extremely faithful to the listing photos. The decor is neat and it feels like home. The garden is completely fenced, which was perfect for our dog and cat. When we arrived, it was very hot in the house, but we were able to turn on the A/C and ventilate at the end of the day when it was cooler (but beware of mosquitoes). Although we did not meet Anne-Sofie, she was able to answer our questions very quickly, whether for the house or for tourist questions. We had a lovely stay. Good location, right next to a walking path to the fjord and 5 minutes drive from Olsted where you can find supermarket, pizzeria,... The camp next door was not noisy. Thank you for everything Anne-Sofie 😊

We travelled with two small kids in august 2024. The place is beautiful inside and outside. Outside, it feels like being in a Forrest, deer is walking around and the view is a sea of trees. It’s a short walk to a good fish monger. It’s a drive or bikes ride into town. Inside, the place have everything which is needed. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Highly Recommend to anyone.

A very well equipped, cozy and clean summer house in a quiet location. Our dog loved the large, fully fenced garden and went exploring daily. Beach and forest are within walking distance. As well as a bakery, restaurants and an ice cream shop, which were also open in mid-September. The house is not least a great base for exploring North Zealand. Whether Frederiksborg Castle, the Rugolph Tegner Statue Park, Gilleleje or Hundested - everything can be reached in about half an hour's drive. I want to highlight Pernille as a host, who went above and beyond.

We stayed at Mortens place for five days and we felt at home from day one. For those looking for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle - this area is highly recommended. This house is suitable for people preferring a cozy stay indoor as well as for people who love outdoor activities suck as walking, bird watching etc. My kids particularly enjoyed the zip line and trampoline set outside the house. Morten was very easy to communicate with which made the whole process so easy. Further Orø is a small and beautiful island with some very nice and social people with a great community spirit. We had a great stay at Steen's house. The home is large and family friendly, with plenty of space for our 4-person family, a large well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer to do laundry during our stay, a spacious backyard with several play structures and a trampoline, and a great assortment of toys and books for our two kids (ages 4 and 7). The floor heating and well-insulated walls made it very comfortable to stay in during the winter, there's also a heat pump but we didn't need to turn those on at all. We didn't use the annex but it seemed well-built and comfortable as well for those who'd need it. Location is good, good proximity to the beach, Gilleleje, and grocery stores. Overall we'd highly recommend Steen's house for families!

We stayed 3 adults at Marlene’s place for a family event and we had such a great experience. The house is quite spacious and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and then some. Perfect for us. Hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. Marlene was super responsive to every little question we had. Thank you

A cozy summer house, close to Copenhagen. The house is slightly basic but we had all we needed. Quiet and peaceful area for a relaxed stay. The host is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

It was a really nice house. A little older, and with lots of charm. These are large rooms, we were unsure of that, so it was a good surprise. Felicia was really friendly and answered all our questions right away on the app. Felt in very safe hands and we had a great stay.
