Monthly Rentals in Cape Ann

A fantastic way to spend a long fall weekend in Massachusetts. The apartment was cozy and convenient, and we loved exploring Rockport. Top tip: eat at Roy Moore’s. A lot.

Absolutely loved staying here!! It was so clean and cozy! The beds were so comfy! The town is beautiful and being so close to the ocean was magical! I would definitely book again!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

Cynthia was a wonderful host who provided an ample amount of things to do in Rockport and the surrounding areas, and also had very clear instructions for basically anything you may have a question about. The space itself was absolutely beautiful and had such great touches that really made it feel like a home; the morning views off the deck were especially beautiful. Absolutely fell in love with Rockport while visiting and highly recommend both Brother’s Brew and Bean & Leaf cafe for a quick and delicious breakfast. Parking was no issue; I was able to park on Atlantic for free and never had to move my car (though that may not be so easy during busier seasons). Absolutely recommend and would love to come back!
