Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Capannori

Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

What a magical place! Andrea was super friendly and helpful, the location is peaceful and a true gem and the rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless. There’s space for the children and adults alike and the beautiful breakfast was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our night here and highly recommend Andrea‘s place.

Francesco was an excellent host, he was super responsive and gave us SUPERB recommendations for restaurants nearby and other activities to check out. His instructions for how to check in and out were super clear. There was a list of how to work the WiFi, AC, TV, lights, etc. We needed a room to crash after a day of traveling from the USA and this was the perfect spot to land, take a nap, crawl out to dinner somewhere Francesco recommended and then sleep for the night again. Its proximity to the Santa Maria Novella station was supremely convenient. 14 steps up to the room. Steps were slightly narrow but absolutely doable. There was some road noise during daytime hours (8:00-22:00) but nighttime was very quiet with earplugs and exhaustion. We had to wake up at 8:00 anyway so the noise worked for us! Bathroom was very clean, room was very clean and tidy. We had one small issue that didn’t require immediage attention with the AC and we let Francesco know, he was super responsive. 10/10!

Very suitable for our group of 5 , each room with a bathroom . Breakfast included was great. Fridge always stocked with water/beer/ fruit etc. Tea/coffee always available, Nice clean kitchen.

Very pleasant stay, very convenient location for everything: close to the center on foot, convenient to the station and easily accessible even by car. Very clean room and bathroom, cozy structure. Rosa was more than available, always reachable and ready to give all the necessary information. All for a very limited expense.

The place is amazing, in a very good position to experience the beautiful places in that area. Manuela is a very nice person, she gave me good hints about the places and we always had good conversations.

We had a great time. Very good apartment with nice rooftop for breakfast. Very good price since it includes a rich breakfast. Just one negative, between the room and the bathroom there is a hallway with a door connected to the owner's house. But we didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. We just think it should be clearly stated in the description of the house. Our overall experience, however, was very nice and deserves 5 stars.

A Dream Wedding at Il Grande Prato - Beyond Perfection Our wedding at Il Grande Prato was magical. From the moment we arrived with our guests, we felt the warmth and hospitality. Every detail, from the stunning landscape to the charming accommodations, was perfect. Giulia, Taisia, and the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding flawless. They handled everything! From transportation to and from the train station, to wedding décor and preparing the most delicious meals! No request was too big or too small. Their hospitality extended beyond the wedding, ensuring all our guests were comfortable and happy throughout the stay. Il Grande Prato is more than just a venue – it’s a place where dreams come true, thanks to the incredible people there. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Il Paluffo was an amazing experience. Perfect for a honeymoon, or any Italian getaway. Close enough to beautiful wineries, but secluded enough to enjoy the perfect countryside. We could not have asked for anything more. If you have the time, pay to do a cooking class with Monica. That was the best experience we had in 15 days in Italy. I would do it again 100 times out of 100.

The accommodation, location and communication were all excellent. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone- family, couple, young and old. Massimiliano was energetic, organized, responsive and helpful. We loved the cleanliness and whimsical (yet elegant) decor. Breakfast was great and he provided access to coffee, wine and water. We walked everywhere from this location and never required a cab or bus.

We had a very nice stay with Dawn! We were very well received, it is a very nice quiet place. The house is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The contact with Dawn was very nice, she takes good care of her guests. There was always something freshly baked and we also got all kinds of things for breakfast. Since it is at the top of the mountain, having a car is an advantage. The road to get there is good and largely new. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended

We had an amazing couple of days here and can absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone. Francesca was so welcoming and kind and gave us lots of wonderful ideas and options about what to do and eat in San Gimignano. She is the best hostess I've ever had and really goes the extra mile to make you happy and satisfied. We were served a tasty breakfast both mornings and enjoyed it a lot together with the breathtaking views from the garden. If we visit San Gimignano again we'll definitely stay with Francesca and Mauro again. Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful experience! 💕

Ten of these spaces wouldn't be enough to describe how well we got on with Adam! The room was beautiful, clean, cared for in every detail, not to mention the truly exceptional outdoor space! Swimming pool, barbecue, bar area, a truly unique place to relax and feel at home! If you are on this page, consider your search over because you won't find better!

From Lorenzo it's like being at home away from home, they are beautiful people and we immediately had a great time. From excellent communication to super availability to our every request or question, Lorenzo opened the doors of his home to us and perhaps even a piece of heart, it seems that he is hosting people to meet and get to know each other and to make the walls of the house live always and in any case, even if they for work or for other reasons cannot be there, they make us stay with other people. And what a beautiful house then, a small villa in the middle of the nature of a green that intoxicates all around, tastefully furnished and complete with everything! We will definitely be back because once you pass the goal of the House of Agata, you feel indebted to return. If you are a lover of greenery, tranquility, Tuscany with everything it has to offer, the authentic one of the villages, a stay at the Casa di Agata is all you need. Great location, Mrs. Loredana is always helpful and kind. excellent breakfast and one of us having problems of intolerance was still provided with an adequate breakfast. Convenient indoor parking and all the various utilities of the house. Thank you for everything!

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.
