We had a great time at Due Pini. Andrea is a great host, always quick to answer and very friendly. The kids really loved the enormous private pool and the views from the house are amazing. We also booked a home cook for a night, highly recommended! Love to come again!

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Carlo and Elena made sure that we felt at home right away. The welcome was the best you could ask for. The place is beautiful and clean and very comfy. They gave us a lot of tips for the area. And surprised us multiple times with delicious treats. We will be back for sure.

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Wow! This might be the easiest way to describe our stay, but it certainly captures my feelings. To begin, Cristina was very responsive with all my messages and she proactively reached out to solidify a time to meet her at the train station so she could walk us back to her house. This was extremely helpful at the beginning of the trip because it just happened to be pouring down rain and it would’ve been very difficult to find without her assistance. She even brought umbrellas for us! The house was about a five minute walk from the train station and Lovers Lane. It provides the most unbelievable and magnificent view of the sea. The place was clean and had all the amenities described by Cristina. Honestly, the pictures in the profile do not do this place any justice… The beauty far exceeds the pictures. The house is about a five minute walk from the city center where you have easy access to restaurants and shops. This place is absolutely perfect for any trip to the Cinque Terra.

We enjoyed our vacation in Jeroen's lovely house for 2 weeks. Jeroen is a very attentive, likeable host: from the videos in preparation for your stay to tips for excursions and all kinds of practical matters. The house is clean and equipped with everything. Nearby are beautiful walks. Cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence are a bit of a drive, but well worth it. The most special thing about our stay was the place of the house. The view is really fantastic! We greatly enjoyed the garden of the view, the silence, the ever-changing skies, the church bells of the villages in the distance... We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

Lara is an incredibly nice person, she communicates well, and was incredibly helpful during the check-in. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. The garden is sprawling with enchanting views. You can go hiking in the area, I highly recommend it here in San Luigi. The weather didn't work out at all, but it was still a very nice vacation. Thank you so much for your service.

Very nice property close to everything but far enough to have a quiet stay. Nice view, garden and pool. Monica made us dessert which was a plus.

Great place for a holiday with a few friends, sunny terrace and well equipped kitchen, with beautiful walks nearby. Carla made check-in super easy, and was available for any questions. Terrinca has a great little cafe for your morning macchiato also.

we had a great time at the house of Sabrina and Massimo! the place is nicely renovated and has a very cosy feeling to it. The views from the garden were spectacular and it was nice and quiet in the area. it felt like an little Italian paradise. We really enjoyed the eggs and salad that Massimo gave us. They are both very friendly, helpfull and very quick to respond. Despite the colder weather, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

Anna is an amazing host, my family and I felt so welcomed by Anna. Communication was excellent and Anna was so helpful every time we needed something. Roberto was helpful with helping us get about and keep us informed about what we needed to do and places we wanted to see. This was such an amazing stay, Anna made us feel at home with from having little bits for breakfast, something to have for dinner and even a little sweet treat. It genuinely felt like we left our home to visit our other home with Anna. This a perfect place and definitely worth staying at, great location and an absolutely amazing host. ❤️
