Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Canoas

Luís was the one who assisted me from the couple. It was extremely fast at a crucial time related to flooding here in Porto Alegre. We needed to evacuate the region where I live quickly, my partner and two cats. Once the reservation was confirmed, he sent me the information on the phone and in less than 5 minutes we entered the apartment. Basically, he saved us from being stranded, saved our lives at that moment!

Our apartment experience was simply wonderful! The space is new, clean and very well taken care of, with details that make all the difference, such as towels, soap and shampoo, which demonstrate the affection and attention of the owner. The beds are super comfortable, and amenities like water filter, hairdryer and air fryer made our stay a lot easier. The owner received us personally with great sympathy, left a message with suggestions from restaurants that we approved and that made all the difference in our trip. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We recommend with eyes closed!

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. The space is the same as I described in the listing. It has everything you need to be comfortable, it is well located. You can find pharmacy/supermarket in shopping. Gilberto is an excellent host, always predisposed to solve the problems that occur during the stay and to respond quickly to the messages.

The house is spectacular. It has an exceptional leisure area, with a delicious spa and a swimming pool with a perfect beach for a relaxing sunbathing. The suite is small but has a delicious whirlpool. The house has two fully independent environments, one near the fireplace and the other in the back, with the pool, spa and sauna. Impectably clean sheets and towels. It was a wonderful experience and I will certainly return.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport and the north of Porto Alegre, markets and restaurants nearby, the region is second, and you can get around on foot without danger. Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.
