It is 600m from the lagoon, access through the shade to the edge of the lagoon, super ventilated, built with dedication. With parking. Mosquito nets on the windows. Great for socializing with family or friends. Located before the bridge, with emergency lights, some lamps with solar panels (in case there is a power outage in the neighborhood). Ample space, with the possibility of hosting celebrations. Area for tents if needed, in the courtyard. Board games available, and YouTube prime on TV.

A spacious indoor area features large glass sliding doors that provide a clear view of the backyard. Sunlight illuminates the space, which is complemented by a tiled floor and a clean ceiling. The view reveals an open grassy area bordered by brick walls.

everything is excellent, however it is not possible to leave the car inside the building as informed, as there is a revived issue with the condominium that, according to the host, will be resolved. But far more praise than demerits. recommend

A lovely Place for those who want to rest or put readings and writing on time. Carol and Rogério are kind, good and extremely solitary people. We spent a wonderful holiday with swimming pool, barbecue, fondue, wines, books and affection. Our pets Coraline and Mia felt at home. Anyway, we loved it and will be back.

We loved our stay… house as described, excellent location, direct beach access, close to markets and downtown. Fabio was a great host, gave us directions to restaurants, responded very quickly and was flexible with check-in and check-out. Note 1000. We loved it.

My stay was excellent! The apartment exceeded expectations, being even better than in the photos. All very new, well equipped and extremely cozy. The location is amazing, a few meters from the waterfront, at the best point of Tramandaí, which makes the experience even more special. Access to the condominium is very practical, done electronically, ensuring security and amenities. In addition, the host was impeccable in service, very agile and always attentive. Another differential are the bathrooms, both with a gas shower, which ensured comfortable baths. The accommodation also has a washer and dryer that makes all the difference for those who want practicality. I recommend it without restrictions and I will certainly return at a next chance!
