Stefania's place, set in a cute and quiet setting, is super clean and tidy. It is also widely stocked with snacks and single portions for breakfast and more (in the fridge we even found cans of drinks available!). The house is impeccable: nothing is really missing. Stefania was kind and helpful and gave us great tips for visiting the surroundings and eating in the area. The centre is easily accessible on foot. Below the house there are only paid parking lots, but just a few minutes' walk across the river, you can easily find free parking. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable and the accommodation was large and beautifully located. Roberto was very friendly and always available. It was very cozy in the evening on the terrace. Sea is just around the corner. However, the free beach where you can set up your own umbrella and beach shell is a little further away. The apartment is definitely recommended. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained, each has its own parking space. Mosquito nets are attached to every window, which is of course great. The apartment has everything you need. We loved the stay and were able to relax nicely:)

Very well cared for, very clean and cozy. Spacious rooms, an eatable kitchen, and a large living room. Really clean bathroom. Very characteristic decor of the areas. Ideal location, I would say perfect. Outside the center of San Vito and a few kilometers from Cortina. Perfect for relaxing. Note of the ski area before entering a closed entrance where you can place them to dry.

Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomites, we were treated to spectacular views from every window. It was an ideal starting point for our daily hikes and adventures in the region. We felt like we were in a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The one-bedroom layout was spacious and well-appointed, giving us plenty of room to relax with our little one. We were constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The Dolomites are truly a world-class destination.

This apartment was the most wonderful place we ever stayed at. It looks even better than the pictures. I couldn't believe how you could have EVERYTHING in one room, but still feel like there's enough space. It's such a smart and lovely design, we loved the details and how everything fit perfectly together. We had such a relaxing time there, enjoyed the whirlpool and the sauna to the fullest. It was so clean, everything seemed like new. Matteo was such a lovely host and explained everything. Highly recommend!! We would definitely come back! But careful, you risk not leaving the apartment the whole time as it is tooo nice to stay inside ;) Thank you for everything Matteo! :)

Lovely large place close to Griefenburg, we stayed for hang gliding competition. 3 of us had separate rooms but could hold 5 or 6 easily I'd say

We had a great stay at Emanuele's. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, and the bus connection into the city centre is extremely convenient and quick. We were very grateful to be able to leave our car in the parking spot provided for the duration of our trip. Emanuele was very quick to answer any questions that we had, to solve any problems that we had, and to provide local recommendations.

Great Location, big Appartment, very clean. Clear Recomondation! Two downsides: - 2nd Bedroom has no door. - Store under the appartment opens early in the morning and the door is loud.

Friendly Host! Ennio was very helpful and answered all our queries. He went out of the way to make us cakes as a welcome treat! yummy! space was beautifully done up and clean no doubt! Parking space was delightful too! Also, a tip, you can google maps “Appartamento A Due Passi” for easier navigation to the lovely home!

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!

If you love peace and nature, this is a perfect location. Distance to a large ski resort we found just too far to do daily, but there are activities such as cross-country skiing, tour skiing and hiking to do. Enough to find a good balance between peace and being active. The apartment overlooks a beautiful valley and is spacious for 2 people. Kitchen is also well equipped with kitchen equipment

We loved our week here! Apartment is well stocked and homely. Location is 10/10, right in the heart of the town and easily walkable to ski buses/lifts. Franco and Emilia are friendly and easy to communicate with. Recommend a stay here if you're looking for a place in Cortina.

The apartment matches the published photos and is a short walk from the city center, reachable in a 5/10 minute walk, a clean and comfortable apartment, Mr. Dario is super helpful and kind!

Two of us spent nine days in the renovated apartment of Harald and Norbert. There is also a fantastically developed Stadl. We stayed with our dog in the lower apartment in the modernized farmhouse and felt comfortable right from the beginning. It's a cozy mix of old farm and modern elements, like the new bath in the old smoke kuchl. We immediately had very friendly contact and nice conversations with the hosts. The sauna in the garden is a highlight, especially at night if you can see the starry sky from the sauna. From the property, many fantastic excursion destinations are easily accessible by car. The property is also suitable for working from home. We can imagine coming back. Highly recommended!

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)
