Monthly Rentals in Canal Park, Duluth

Tiegen and Keenan do a wonderful job anticipating the needs of their guests. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and abundance of kids amenities that made our stay so much easier and focused on fun for the 4 kids. Clean, organized, stocked with both the necessities and fun extras. Definitely top notch. Highly recommended for a Duluth trip. Thanks guys.

Alicia was so helpful with some questions we had prior our arrival. The loft was Amazing and was perfect for our group! We went to the aquarium and the water park that was near by and everyone had fun!! The loft was clean the beds where comfy the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a Great experience and hope to go back in the future!

We had a perfect stay! This was an ideal location close to great restaurants and shopping.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Very clean and well kept place - easy access, quick 5-10 min drive to every place we wanted to visit. A little light on cooking/bakingware - but we were able to make due with what was provided. Quiet location, we felt right at home!
