Emilie's place was such a peaceful and plush setting for spending a month in Montpellier. She is a very responsive host. For example, she resolved an issue I had with a microwave in a matter of a day. She even baked cookies for my arrival! That allows me to not only highly recommend the apartment itself, but also Emilie as a host. I would hesitate to recommend this apartment and this host to anyone!

Short and pleasant stay in winter in the studio. Bright and quiet functional accommodation a stone's throw from shopping streets. Fanny was very responsive when we spoke.

This is one of the loveliest long term stays that I have had ever had. This feels like a true home - all of the amenities and appliances that you could need for cooking at home and having a relaxing evening after a day of travels, including a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, and multiple sets of dishes. Never had any issues the hot water or water pressure. The wi-fi is incredibly fast and reliable, perfect for video calls for work and video streaming. The hosts live nearby and were very flexible and responsive when our train was delayed coming into Carcassonne, and they met us at the door and helped us to settle in. They also were very patient and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues (including those that were caused by our cat!) The location is incredible, very close to tourist sites and a nearby park / walking trail. Carrefour is about 15 mins walking, Lidl is a little further (25 mins walking). We'd love to come again!!

Nassima is a wonderful person, very communicative with a warm welcome. She was available and attentive even before we left our country of origin and she followed our trip closely to guide and advise us on logistics and she was there to answer any questions and requests we had. Very bright, clean apartment is very well located for walking to the beach or downtown. The plus is the nearby parking space. Contact with Pierre was very easy with easy explanations for entering the apartment. Recommended.

What can I say? Everything was perfect, just like at home!!! Super well-equipped, we didn't lack anything, Carine was adorable from the start. Very good communication, we were able to park our two motorcycles near the accommodation and even under shelter!!! Parking space is available. Super easy access to the entrance of Quissac. We were very comfortable! The house is very well decorated and has everything you need. Eric met us on arrival and was waiting for us with the heating on and everything ready. He lives right next door and if you have any problems he comes right away. Being able to park two cars inside the plot is a big plus. Parking is inside the property, but the house and garden are totally independent. The room is large, very comfortable, has everything and is tastefully decorated. The sink is separate from the shower and it's appreciated so as not to have a single bathroom occupied.

5-day stay for 2 couples + 3 teens, perfect and functional accommodation. Quite well equipped overall, a very nice little courtyard in good weather. Easy to find accommodation with plenty of parking in front of or behind the house. Well located for visiting Carcassonne and its surroundings.

My son and I had a great time in this large and beautiful home where everything is designed to feel good. A big thank you to Jacques for hosting us and for his kindness! I would 100% recommend!

The house is very cute, the presence of the wood makes it very cozy even the floor. It is the typical village house of the iaia. The fireplace on the floor is the gem of the house. The comfortable beds, the two living floors clean, tucked in and with heating. Totally recommended if you are looking to disconnect, quiet, quiet and being able to do outdoor activities in the mountains. Áreu is a very quiet village. Amalia's daughter Ceci was the one who attended us at all times, pending that we were ok, all the directions she gave us were adjusted, facilitating any information requested, flexible both on arrival and departure, on the last day we were able to enjoy the house until we left without rush. We will be back there for sure, our stay was shortened.

Cécile was very responsive during our exchanges and offered very good advice. we'll be back with pleasure.

A beautiful large village house, spacious, where you can easily circulate despite the 3 and a half levels. Tasteful renovation, mixing the old and the modern. The living room-kitchen part in particular is great, we can linger in the vast and beautiful kitchen with a view of what is going on in the living room below. Large windows ensure good brightness in all the rooms, even this February, and the whole house was well heated. Equipment as described (the stove with a good pile of wood!). Plan groceries in winter, because very few shops open during this time. Pay attention to arrival, do not attempt to access the house from the top following the directions of the GPS, it is really very narrow.

We spent a few days at Philippe's apartment and were delighted with our stay! The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and above all it is super conveniently located! We were able to do everything on foot, it was very nice. Philippe is a welcoming host, available and very kind! The instructions were very clear which made the stay even more enjoyable. We won't hesitate to come back to visit Philippe and rent his studio again. PS: the views are super beautiful!

very nice little apartment overlooking the sea. perfect when you're walking around, there's really everything you need nearby. well served by public transport. We had a great vacation in Canet, too bad the weather wasn't part of it!

I had a lovely few days at Denis's place. Everything was spotless and as described. Very good location, next to the beach. Private parking space right next to the entrance and apartment when exiting the elevator.., very convenient to unload the car when you arrive. My little girl also enjoyed the books and toys available, as well as the beach games. I highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation!
