I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who likes privacy and serene quiet environment. We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay. This place has the best swimming pool in the entire area. The apartment was clean and cozy with all the amenities as mentioned. Yogesh is a fantastic host. Prompt with his responses and helpful with everything. He provided clear instructions about finding the place and the check in system. A heartfelt thank you to Yogesh for his beautiful hospitality.

The place is very good. Walking distance to the beach and yet away from the crowds. The place was very functional for a family with a kiddo. Clean pool and amazing hosts added to the experience. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place near the beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the shore, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The house itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids especially loved it — they were so excited to be so close to the beach. A big thank you to our host Esha for being so welcoming and thoughtful. Everything was well-organized, and we truly felt at home. We'd definitely love to come back again!

First of all it's the best place as seen in the images it's the same place and very beautiful and pleasant and also the roof top deck area is best with the whole city view and pool and also games gym everything is proper and also best part abt place it has massive parking area and Also the security 24x7 in the society and the care taker Sanjeev Shakur superbly active and responsive and helpful and best part has given the whole instructions abt the society parking g and everything thankyou for that it's a great place to stay

Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Nice and comfortable stay. Checkin was easy, even though we did the booking same day and flight got super delayed. Mr. Shishir is managing the property and is very sweet and kind host. This place is Betalbatim is about 10 minutes leisure walk from the village center where you have the church , shops etc. Very peaceful area and nice feel of living in a Goan village. Lincoln is a wonderful host and very responsive. Provided some nice local recommendations.
