Vacation rentals with a patio in Campulongu

The balcony and the view of the sea, including hearing the waves on our first night, the peace of the neighbourhood, the lovely decorations in the apartment and the easy walk down to the village, restaurants and beach made this a perfect place for us to stay!

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

No problems whatsoever. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but I contacted the host and they quickly gave me an alternative WiFi to use which solved the problem. Great location and good value for money. The beds were very comfortable.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

The check-in instructions including video were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking lot, which is located behind the fence in the complex, is a big plus. The parking space was good for our Seat Leon. The center and supermarkets are also within walking distance, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well-equipped kitchen and the great view from the balcony! The washing machine with clothes rack and air conditioning make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and recommend it to the family as well!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating vacation. We look forward to coming back! We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

Truly the best place I’ve ever stayed at. Great communication and great hospitality. Highly reccomend!

The property is located a little off Villasimius, only about 600 m from the not very busy main road in a very quiet location. There are two directly adjacent properties, which are probably also vacation homes, but now in mid-October they were empty. Parking is right outside the front door. The living and dining area is very spacious, as is the master bedroom and the fenced garden area. All windows and doors are "secured" with mosquito nets. In the morning hours, however, very little to nothing flies and you can also have a wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden :-) It is only a few hundred meters to the sea, although the nearest beach is not the most beautiful in the area. But you don't have to drive far to reach beautiful rocky sandy beaches, which were also not so heavily frequented at this time of year. Villasimius itself can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are nice shops, restaurants and good Italian ice cream!!! Do

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! Maurizio is very nice. He welcomed us and introduced the house and the beach. The place is very nice and close to a not crowded beach. And we like the dangerous cactus pear🤩.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt pepper, rags, dish soap, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.

Cozy treasure in walking distance to the city center

The accommodation and location were excellent. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars and yet very quiet. Very well connected with the city. Absolutely helpful and friendly host.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!
