Vacation rentals with beach access in Campulongu

The balcony and the view of the sea, including hearing the waves on our first night, the peace of the neighbourhood, the lovely decorations in the apartment and the easy walk down to the village, restaurants and beach made this a perfect place for us to stay!

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We had a fabulous few days staying in Massimo’s apartment. It’s on the very elegant Piazza Carmine with wonderful views over the tree-lined square from the rooms. The location was perfect - close to the station (it’s only 6 minutes by train to the airport) and within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit in Cagliari. The are many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself was perfect - high ceilings, spacious rooms, tall windows/doors opening onto the balcony, stylish furniture and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

Claudia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home and checked in with us frequently. She surprised us when we arrived with fresh fruit and other goodies and had so many great toys for the kids to play with. I would absolutely go back and stay there again.

Great location and exactly as described. The location of the room on third 3 can be quite tricky if you have children or lots of luggage. Otherwise a great place at the heart of Cagliari.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, sowohl durch die Betreuung von Enrico, der sehr freundlich und proaktiv uns per per Telefon betreut hat als auch durch Lorenzo, der im Erdgeschoß wohnt und sehr charmant und hilfsbereit ist und tolle Tipps geben kann. Das herausragende an der Wohnung ist das, was man auf den Bildern sehen kann: der tolle Ausblick auf das Meer und der tolle Balkon, so dass man immer Schatten hat. Auch den Moskito-Schutz haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war ebenfalls super, sowohl in 10-15 Min zu Fuss zum Traum-Strand, als auch in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt nach Villasimius, in der es viele gute Möglichkeiten gibt, einzukaufen oder auch am Abend ein Eis zu essen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Adorable maison, hyper bien placée (magnifique plage à quelques minutes à pied, commerces) et très proche en voiture de la superbe station de Villasimius. Le logement est très propre, décoré avec goût, vraiment confortable (literie, noir complet quand on dort) et bien équipé (matériel de cuisine complet, machine à laver, ...) Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux terrasses, dont une couverte. Le lotissement est parfait avec des enfants (terrain de foot, place de jeu, pas de voiture). L'hôte s'est montré disponible et arrangeant. Bref, cette maison est une perle !

Pierfrancos Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Der Garten und die Terrasse bieten eine private kleine Oase zum Entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist wirklich schön und voll ausgestattet mit allem was du brauchst. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Es gibt jede Menge Bücher, Musik-CDs und Kochutensilien (Öle, Salze, Gewürze usw.) sowie einen Sonnenschirm für den nahen Strand. Das Zentrum von Villasimius mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und vielen schönen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die sehr schönen Strände sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pierfranco ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er antwortete prompt und war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns in Pierfranco Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Petit logis donnant sur une vue panoramique d'exception. Intégration de la terrasse extérieure aux rochers et face à la vue tout à fait réussi. Idéal pour un couple, je ne le conseillerais pas à un couple avec enfant, accès et environnement escarpé. Cuisine très rudimentaire pour une famille.

Il soggiorno presso Ds Hospitality è stato davvero piacevole. La casa è esattamente come mostrata in foto: luminosa, ben arredata e curata nei dettagli. L’atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante, perfetta per staccare la mente e godersi qualche giorno di tranquillità. La posizione è ottima: in una zona silenziosa ma comodissima per raggiungere il mare e i servizi essenziali. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile nel fornire indicazioni e supporto prima e durante il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca una soluzione comoda, funzionale e dall’estetica curata.

Maurizio is very nice. He welcomed us and introduced the house and the beach. The place is very nice and close to a not crowded beach. And we like the dangerous cactus pear🤩.

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebenswert. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar oberhalb der Bucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Die letzten 200 m zur Unterkunft sind eine holprige Straße. Man muss zudem mit einigen Navigatonssystemen (Waze) aufpassen, da die Straße nicht korrekt angezeigt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.

Chris war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns von Anfang an gut informiert. Auch als ich mehr wissen wollte über die Umgebung, konnte er mir Auskunft geben. Er war immer gut erreichbar und sie haben uns freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wie brauchten und war mir Kaffee und einer Flasche Wasser ausgestattet, als wir ankamen. Freundliche Nachbarn und einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Konnten sofort vom Alltagsstress abschalten und einfach nur geniessen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant „L‘aragosta“, welches 10min entfernt ist. Auch super ist, dass der Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist und es einen beschatteten, privaten Parkplatz hat auf dem Gelände.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Paolo è un host gentile e discreto. Casa pulita e ordinata. L’abitazione si trova in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le belle spiagge di Villasimius.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

I'm normally scarse on rating something perfect but Silvias apartment deserves the label. We were equally impressed by the great equipment, the cleaniness and the great communication by Silvia, who was always ready to reach and provided great help with local activities and helpful messages. There are beach chairs, a Sun umbrella and a great Stand up Paddleboard, which can all be taken to the local beach. After that you can relax in your private backyard or on the balcony, while the apartment itself also invites you to spend the day inside. The kitchen is another highlight there outr was easy to cook and eat great meals without the hassle of a big clean up thanks to the dishwasher. All in all highly recommended and a great stay!

Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.
